Corner townhouse in the High Cotton Marketplace. Upscale residence has a bird’s eye view of the Apalachicola River. Watch shrimp boats pass from our spacious balcony! Downstairs, browse shops & sip coffee at local favorites. Close to wedding venues The Ice House & The Ruins. Sony OLED tv's, Sonos sound system, two Stearns & Foster king beds, king sleeper sofa by Design Within Reach & a fully appointed gourmet kitchen. Walking distance to shops, restaurants & bars. We are around the bend from a live music venue, so consider this when booking. Fantastic venue for extended stays! Free bikes, beach towels, umbrellas & chairs. Sorry, no pets. For safety considerations, no toddlers or young children (infants okay) due to stairwell & balcony. Maximum occupancy is SIX plus ONE infant. This property uses a reverse osmosis filtration system & provides bottled water & coffee. New heat & air unit. Weekend bookings require both Friday & Saturday night stays.

Very, very pleased with this VRBO. Everything was very clean and clearly marked (fan and light switches, etc) which is so helpful in a short-term rental. The elevator was perfect for my husband who uses a wheelchair. Mrs. Betsy was great with communication and she provided everything needed for a perfect weekend getaway. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony to relax and watch the boats sail by. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We would most definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here in Apalachicola! Betsy was an excellent host! She has thought of everything including bikes, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The view onto the bay is really nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Unit was perfect for our needs. Well appointed and spacious for two couples. When we return to Apalachicola will hopefully lodge here again.

The place was perfect for us, we were 2 couples exploring the area for 3 nights. Many fun stores and restaurants within walking distance. The place had everything we needed. Very clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We were well pleased with our accommodations at the Apalachicola Getaway. Location is perfect for exploring the town and condo is very attractive and comfortable for visiting. The balcony deck faces the bay and it is a treat to sit on the balcony and look across the water, watching the moon rise or watch the pelicans in the early morning.

This condo was a great find! Love the view; love the location. It is across the street from the Ice House wedding venue making it So convenient for an event there. But also walkable to shops, cafe's, restaurants and breweries.The owner goes above and beyond to give you all of the info you need to know well ahead of time and is so responsive to all questions. Book this condo; you won't regret it!

The balcony views were absolutely breathtaking — perfect for watching the boats head out in the morning. In the evenings, you can relax and enjoy the sound of live music from the bar across the street. The location is ideal, within walking distance to everything.

Wonderful stay in Apalachicola. Betsy, our host, takes great pride in her property. This is NOT your average rental. Beautifully decorated & every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Location close to town & the waterfront. Very walkable, or use the bikes provided. Communication was excellent, check-in/check-out were a breeze. Would happily stay here again.

Long weekend

Great views of the bay and river. Location to restaurants, shopping great, all with in walking distance. One of the best stocked properties we have ever stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and so many extras provided. Perfect location and beautiful view. We were there 3 nights and never drove our car. Everything is easily within walking distance.Betsy was amazing and very available when we needed something.We will definitely return.

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at the Apalachicola Getaway on Water Street. Betsey is an exceptional host! Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, creating a space that is stylish, comfortable, inviting and accommodating. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee on the full balcony, watching the sunrise over the river. In the evenings, it was just as relaxing to unwind outside, enjoying the views. There is live music across the street but it wrapped up at a very reasonable time and didn’t bother us a bit. It was the perfect escape, and we would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful place and owner!!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Apalachicola Getaway! Clean, comfortable with great amenities. Enjoyed dinner in town and having a night cap with live music at High Five Dive right across the street was an added bonus! Before we departed we enjoyed coffee on the patio watching the fish/shrimp boats headed out. Great little getaway!

We love being in the heart of the Apalachicola commercial district! This town is a real working fishing locale. You can literally sit on the balcony and watch shrimp boats come & go as well as big game fishing boats and yachts. We have shops, restaurants and coffee shops nearby including the same building. We are down the street from two live entertainment venues and bars. Something for everyone!

Location! Location! Location! You’ll love watching all the activity from the spacious balcony. Lots of upscale amenities (read reviews), top notch furnishings and of course 4 complementary bicycles with gear. The bikes make it easy to explore Apalachicola. About a 12 minute drive across the bridges gets you beachside at St George Island. Parking is plentiful around town, but most people walk. Golf cart rentals available nearby and they will drop off! New heat & air. Adjust thermostat to suit your comfort (thermostat is programmed to allow temperatures between 68 to 78 degrees).
