Spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath Beach Front Condo directly on the Gulf!

Spectacular, unobstructed views from two large private balconies. The perfect vacation rental just steps from the beach!

Wake up to views of the sunrise over the Gulf from the master bedroom, then stroll on the sandy shore or enjoy a leisurely morning on one of the two balconies. Ready to relax? Unwind with a glass of wine, enjoy the sunset from your balcony, or walk to Peg Leg Pete's for dinner.

*** Our condo is in Starboard Village, a smaller complex directly on the beach. Condo is on the top two floors of the building, the 3rd and 4th floors. There is not an elevator in the building, but the Gulf views are worth the climb!

***** In summer, June - July, we try to stick to a Saturday to Saturday rental schedule, with the exception of Blue Angels. Please contact us for possible exceptions. (Longer stays are easier to accommodate.) Current Exceptions for 2027:
**Blue Angels 6 or 8 nights = Saturday 7/10/27 - Friday 7/16/27 or Sunday 7/18/27

What a great place! The condo is perfect with two large private balconies directly overlooking the gulf. A two car garage is also included with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The owner is great and very accommodating, she even let us know when to expect the Blue Angels flyover. I cannot wait to return.

This was our second stay at this host's condo. We were very pleased once again! Jill is an excellent communicator throughout the process. We appreciate all the amenities available. The view is absolutely picture-perfect! We will return to Pensacola Beach and will stay here without a doubt!

This place is a hidden gem! We go to Pensacola all the time and hands down is the best location we have been. The views are insane. The beach is almost private. The only con is no elevator and is a 2 story place (which is a pro in some ways as well - 2 balconies) but it really isn’t that bad as far as hauling things. You have a covered/closed in garage which is also rare. The host is amazing - extremely responsive and the place literally has everything you need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, patio furniture, towels, entire kitchen, trash bags, paper towels, soap, toilet paper - you name it. Will be staying here in the future hands down. We went with our 10.5 week old son and it was perfect

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo and it exceeded all expectations. First, the Host was fantastic and communicated well prior to our check-in and also checked in with us during our stay to make sure we did not need anything and even let us know when the Blue Angels were scheduled to do a fly over on the beach! The condo was clean, updated, and had all comforts for an extended stay. The condo complex is also kept up well and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Jill stayed in touch during our stay to make sure we didn't have any unanswered questions. She lives nearby, not an absentee owner, so she is readily available. The condo was spotless, modern, and obviously well cared for. Many times we've had rental vacations units that were tattered and worn. Not this one. This beach front unit had easy access to the bright white sand and crystal clear water. There is a pool, although we didn't use it. There is also an enclosed garage on the ground floor to park your car and it has many beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, bikes etc. for you to use. Be aware that there is no elevator so you will have a couple of flights of stairs to navigate and the bedrooms are upstairs from the main floor.

Wow! Great place right on the beach. Everything was exactly as in the photos. This condo was very clean, well stocked, and in a prime location within Starboard Village. There were even beach chairs, umbrellas, kids toys, and boogie boards in the garage for us to use. Jill, the host, went above and beyond communicating with us and check-in was a breeze. It was the week of the Blue Angels air show and she kept us updated on the special events that were going on. It was really cool to see! Best review I can give is to say we'll definitely be back to stay in this unit!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Beautiful clean condo. This condo had everything we needed and more. Unobstructed views of the beach, literally steps away! The owner was great to work with & informed us well. This stay was 10/10 for our family! Can’t wait to come back next year!

This condo was lacking in nothing. Everything was top notch. Beautifully decorated. Prime location- close to restaurants and activities but far enough for no crowds. Beach close so not a long walk. Covered garage parking. Owner provided everything for beach- kayak, paddle boards, floats, umbrellas, chairs, bicycles (adult and kids), fishing rods. No need to bring anything. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Kitchen outfitted with everything needed. Gas grill WITH extra tank so you don’t run out. Nothing was skimped, even high quality toilet tissue-lol! We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend!

This is the best beach condo I have ever stayed in. The view was amazing , you had a two car garage to park and store you beach gear so you didn't have to carry it up the stairs or drag sand in. It has bikes, paddle board and a tandem kayak and all the beach gear you could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked and little things like soap dispensers at every sink, paper towels, coffee filters and k cups made it very welcoming. The host was great to work with in regards to communication and check in process. This condo is also in my favorite part of the beach. Comfortable beds and super clean make this one of the best places you can stay!

This was our third year staying in various rentals in the Pensacola Beach/Navarre Beach area, this rental was by far the best! The place is clean, well maintained and fully outfitted with a well equipped kitchen and a garage full of beach gear as well as a decent Weber gas grill. The pool is unheated, yet refreshing and offers a good alternative from the beach. You just can’t beat the views from the decks or the sound of the waves at night! We walked to a great seafood restaurant just a few blocks away one night, the rest of Pensacola Beach dining and nightlife is a very short drive away. For being so close to it all, this is a great quiet, safe and private getaway. Jill was a great communicator - overall perfect for our family of 4(kids 6&7) I would highly recommend and hope we can make it back someday.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The views from both balconies is what you dream of when staying on the gulf. The owner is very kind and great to deal with. My wife and I had a wonderful week. We cooked a few meals in the large, beautiful kitchen as well. We hope to return as soon as possible.

This was our third year coming here. We love this condo and plan on coming next year. We enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony as well as swimming in the Gulf and going for walks on the beautiful beach.If you want to relax, this is the perfect place to be!

We are the Bartlings - Jill, Brad, Connell, and Riley. We are both engineers and met our freshman year at Georgia Tech - Go Jackets! After never living outside of Atlanta (Brad never lived outside the perimeter,) we moved to Pensacola in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the City and the beautiful beaches! After a busy work week, we enjoy family time at the beach, both on the Gulf and the Sound!

We enjoy sharing our special condos and want our guests to have a wonderful beach vacation full of memories to last a lifetime!

We LOVE Pensacola Beach and Starboard Village is our favorite property on the Beach because of its quite location, spacious condos, and the two large unobstructed balconies with amazing views of the Gulf!!

Growing up and with our family, we always took our beach vacations further east on the Gulf. We had never been to Pensacola Beach until we moved here; we had been missing out all these years! To us Pensacola Beach was a hidden gem along the Gulf! We love everything the beach has to offer. Who doesn't love the sugar white sand beaches and the beautiful blue and emerald green waters of the Gulf?? But what sets Pensacola Beach apart to us is how peaceful it is. We can enjoy a quiet beach day in front of the condo or go where the beach is hopping with restaurants, shops, and live music! It is also a short trip to historic downtown and all the fun and events in Pensacola. And it is always amazing to catch the Blue Angels buzzing down the beach or to watch them perform.

The location and size of Starboard Village is fantastic! We like being on Fort Pickens Road, away from the high rises and main beach, and having a quieter beach just outside our Unit. The units in Starboard Village are so spacious. We were sold on Starboard Village when we stepped out on the balcony and could hear the waves crashing!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our condo is as close to the beach as you can get! With the large sliding glass doors to the balconies, the condo is full of natural light. You can enjoy your morning coffee, a good book, meals, a family game, or an evening cocktail on the balconies!

Peg Leg Pete's, one of our favorite beach restaurants, is an easy walk from the condo. You are a short drive (approximately one mile) to the boardwalk, other restaurants, shops, and night life on the beach. There is a trolley that circles the Island during the peak season with stop across the street.

We like to ride our bikes around the island. There is a nice walking, running, and biking path all the way down Fort Pickens Road. There are miles of beautiful beaches to explore!
