Welcome to your peaceful beach escape, a spacious 2-bedroom condo directly on the Gulf with spectacular ocean views from 2 oversized balconies. Just steps from the beach, you will feel like you are in the sand dunes!

Perfect for couples seeking a getaway or families looking to create vacation memories, our condo is a comfortable “beach home away from home.”

Condo is fully stocked with everything you need to have a fabulous stay and includes beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, kayak, paddle boards.

***** In summer, June - July, we try to stick to a Saturday to Saturday rental schedule, with the exception of Blue Angels. Please contact us for possible exceptions. (Longer stays are easier to accommodate.) Current Exceptions for 2027:
*Six Nights = Saturday 6/12/27 - Friday 6/18/27
*Six Nights = Sunday 6/27/27 - Saturday 7/3/27
**Blue Angels 6 or 8 nights = Saturday 7/10/27 - Friday 7/16/27 or Sunday 7/18/27

Our condo is in Starboard Village, a smaller complex directly on the beach. Condo is on the top two floors of the building, the 3rd and 4th floors. There is not an elevator in the building, but the Gulf views are worth the climb!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was perfect—there was an amazing view, and it was an easy walk to the beach. We loved being so close to everything while still having a comfortable place to relax and enjoy our time. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our favorite place to stay. Jill is the best. She makes sure we have everything we need while we are there. The views are the best. Never had a problem with anything and we've been staying here the last 3 years.

This was an excellent experience. The condo was as described and pictured. The host is kind and helpful with a book of recommendations for places to go/eat in the area. There were so many extras that came in very helpful during our stay such as beach chairs and umbrellas and toys for the grand baby. I highly recommend!

We had an amazing vacation! Very relaxing and so close to the beach. The property had everything for the beach. From chairs, umbrella, toys, floats, kayak, and paddle board. Having everything there made it that much better. Inside also has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the washer and dryer came in very handy with how often we were swimming. The beach was not crowded at all and the other guests were all so friendly.The view from the balconies was one of my favorite spots. Got to listen to the waves, watched some dolphins, pelicans, the bright moon, and the lighting storms put on a show.Jill was very responsive and polite. Check in and out was so easy.Thanks Jill!

Partially renovated very nicely. Well stocked with many "extras" supplied by the host: beach chairs, bikes, coffee and other extras. Comfortable furniture. Host was easy to contact and friendly. The beach has been restored and is beautiful! Great location.

This place is absolutely amazing. We came on spring break and loved everything about it. The condo is beautiful as well as the beautiful gulf view it comes with, and location. Jill is a great host and very accommodating, she also very caring as she was always checking to make sure we had all we needed throughout the week. My husband and I travel to Pensacola quite a bit and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. Highly recommend staying here.

This place is amazing. Accurate description by the host. Pictures document the property well. It is on the second floor, up stairs, but that was not an issue for my family. Super short distance to the beach. It was a welcome surprise that there were bikes for us to ride down the side walk, super cool. The addition of chairs, toys, floats, etc…for us to use was amazing. Adequate amounts of linen were left out. Keurig works great. Great area to stay in!!! Over all…5 stars for sure!!! I will definitely rebook!

Beautiful beach view. View from main bedroom was a dream. Fully stocked kitchen, games, everything you need for the beach, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Lots of seating in living room. Host was great. Definitely recommend !

What a terrific experience! Jill was extremely helpful, not only providing very detailed instructions on logistics of getting situated, but also things to be aware of in the area like “watch the beach tonight as the Blue Angels will be coming home from a show around 6PM!” I would challenge anyone to find a better location. Choose from 2nd or 3rd floor balconies looking out on the Gulf…spectacular! And restaurants and shops are close by. One of our more pleasant stays for sure!

Highly recommend. This condo was absolutely perfect for our fall vacation. Proximity to the beach was excellent. Communication with the property owner was pretty much immediate. We would definitely like to stay there again.

We are the Bartlings - Jill, Brad, Connell, and Riley. We are both engineers and met our freshman year at Georgia Tech - Go Jackets! After never living outside of Atlanta (Brad never lived outside the perimeter,) we moved to Pensacola in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the City and the beautiful beaches! After a busy work week, we enjoy family time at the beach, both on the Gulf and the Sound!

We enjoy sharing our special condos and want our guests to have a wonderful beach vacation full of memories to last a lifetime!

We LOVE Pensacola Beach and Starboard Village is our favorite property on the Beach because of its quite location, spacious condos, and the two large unobstructed balconies with amazing views of the Gulf!!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Growing up and with our family, we always took our beach vacations further east on the Gulf. We had never been to Pensacola Beach until we moved here; we had been missing out all these years! To us Pensacola Beach was a hidden gem along the Gulf! We love everything the beach has to offer. Who doesn't love the sugar white sand beaches and the beautiful blue and emerald green waters of the Gulf?? But what sets Pensacola Beach apart to us is that the beach is federally protected on both sides; we can go to where the beach is hopping with restaurants, shops, and live music or get away to a peaceful, quieter beach spot.

The location and size of Starboard Village is fantastic! We like being on Fort Pickens Road, away from the high rises and main beach, and having a quieter beach just outside our Unit. The units in Starboard Village are so spacious. We were sold on Unit 224 when we stepped out on the balcony and had an amazing, unobstructed view of the Gulf, and could hear the waves crashing! And then we saw the second balcony in the master - we can enjoy the beach without even leaving the Unit!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The Unit is as close to the beach as you can get! With the large sliding glass doors to the balconies, the Unit is full of natural light. You can enjoy your morning coffee, a good book, meals, a family game, or an evening cocktail on the balconies!

Peg Leg Pete's, one of our favorite beach restaurants, is an easy walk from the Unit. You are a short drive (~2 miles) the other restaurants, shops, and night life on the beach. There is a trolley that circles the Island during the peak season with a nearby stop.

We like to ride our bikes around the island. There is a nice walking, running, and biking path all the way down Fort Pickens Road. There are miles of beautiful beaches to explore!
