Inlet Beach House - Oregon Beach Vacations

You do not get more beachfront than Inlet Beach House. A quick 9 steps and you are on the best beach that Lincoln City has to offer. From the moment you pull up for the front door, to the moment you put your toes in the sand, you know you have found the right place. Inside on the main level is the well-appointed kitchen, expansive living room with amazing views and dining room for family gatherings. Upstairs are three bedrooms with the primary bedroom like being on your own private cruise ship. The home features every creature comfort possible from super comfortable furniture, karaoke in the living room, and an outdoor game room.

You will agree with us that the house is amazing, but the access to the beach is even better! Malibu on the Oregon Coast - that is what Inlet Beach House is all about.

This home is not pet friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them.

Family get away

This property is immaculate and truly right on the beach! The home is extremely cozy with every comfort and a very well stocked kitchen and lots of fun games and decks to enjoy the view and sea air. Step right onto the beach from the backdoor! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back again sometime.

Excellent house

To me you can’t get a better house! With the cleanliness and location to the beach, plus all the windows and decks for viewing the ocean! Great bedrooms and bathrooms.

Lovely 1 night stay

Amazing view from many rooms and balconies! Just a few steps to the beach through the garage. All 3 bedrooms very nice along with all 3 bathrooms. Enjoyed a nice dinner watching the sunset. Look forward to another time we can stay longer.

No better spot!

We selected this house based on its proximity to the beach and it didn't disappoint. There are just a few steps from the backyard before hitting the sand. The hose to clean off sand before re-entering the house was in regular use! :-)

Lincoln City Beach House

It was my children, grandchildren husband and I we had a fabulous time. The house was wonderful. Could’ve used a couple more rollaway‘s instead of having to use the couch for the other two beds just because you had to wake people up to go down and make coffee. They love the games though and we had a great time. We were so close to the beach. It was almost perfect!!

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. It was stocked with everything we needed, clean and the location was perfect for us. Walking right onto the beach from the house was a game changer. I would recommend the carpet be cleaned. There were a lot of stains but aside from that the house was wonderful and the layout was great.

House at the beach

It was really on the beach. Loved that. The beds were OK. A little springy. All in we would come back. The railing going up the steps needs to be tightened. Maybe a railing on the outside steps would be good since it is a downward slope. We are older and that is important. We had a good time.

Amazing views and Beach access

Lucked out with amazingly nice weather for May, the house is steps off the beach. Views from the front bedrooms and front/dining room are beautiful. Well furnished. Close to food, outlets stores and casino. Only issue we had was that the front door electric lock didn't work and we couldn't get in contact with any contacts provided until the next day. Luckily we found a lock box with a physical key. Also, it sleeps 6 comfortably, the other 4 they advertise would have to have a roll away bed set up someplace as well as the couches pulled out, so it would be snug with 10. Overall it's a very nice house.

We couldn't get the fireplaces to work in either room but it wasn't cold so we were good. Definitely going to rent this place again. Thanks again for an amazing weekend!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great location with access to the beach. kitchen was fully stocked with equipment. two negatives - we were 6 people and hot water runs out very quickly, so plan accordingly. there was a lot of dander/pet hair in the couch when we pulled out the bed, and allergies were triggered almost immediately.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We chose this rental for the view and easy beach access, and were not disappointed. The kitchen was stocked well with pots and pans but can use a broader variety of cooking utensils; we had to buy measuring cups and spoons, as well as a peeler. We also brought our fave chef knives with us, and were glad we did. The only other thing that would make this property perfect is a bbq grill. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Total Rest and Relaxation

We chose this house because of the proximity to the beach and we were not disappointed. We were able to walk the beach every day and every night. We had views from every level, the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The home was equipped with everything we could need to stay in and cook some of our meals. We really appreciated having everything there. Our only complaint is regarding the living room furniture. While we understand that rentals get used a lot, this rental would have been perfect if they had better furniture. The furniture in the living room is very broken down. That said, the rest of the house was perfect! It was clean and well stocked. We would definitely return again. This beach house was located close to everything, grocery store (Safeway), shopping, and restaurants. We also appreciated how easy communication was with management.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We six ladies enjoy getting together each year in Lincoln City however this house though a nice size and location was very disappointing! Feces were found shortly arrival as was broken blinds, dirty windows inside and out, an oily residue on a bedside table, dirty dishes in the cupboards, and not enough paper towels, we also ran out of toilet tissue! My cousin who made our reservations was very embarrassed by our accommodations and the response when she called the management with no real response on their part.

Great location!

We only stayed here for one night but wish we could have stayed longer! The house was sparkling clean and right on the beach. Its location was very quiet, yet very easily accessed from the main drag. The only thing that would have made our stay perfect is not even due to the house. The neighboring home has two very bright flood lights that illuminate the beach at night (and floods into windows) which made enjoying the fire on the beach a little disappointing.
