Beachside Retreat is a fabulous 2-bedroom 2-bathroom located at the Seascape in Galveston. You can walk right outside to either the pool or the ocean. 

Beachside Retreat is a fabulous 2-bedroom 2-bathroom located at Seascape Resort in Galveston. Our condo will comfortably sleep 8 guests


You can walk right outside to either the pool or the beach. The inside is light and bright with open concept living and dining areas.  The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a regular coffee maker.


The master bedroom has a king bed and the second room has a queen. There are also galley bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. Each room has its own flat-screen television. For guests' convenience, a washing machine and dryer are located in the unit.


Seascape is one of a handful of complexes located beachside in Galveston. You will not have to cross a busy street to get to the beach. Guests at Beachside Retreat also enjoy all the amenities offered by Seascape Resort including a beautifully landscaped courtyard/pool area, seasonally heated pool, 2 hot tubs (one for adults only), gazebo, beach observation deck, beach side BBQ and picnic area, and private parking.

Parking is located underneath the building. This unit is granted 2 parking spaces.

In the Area:

Beachside Retreat is on the secluded West End at Seascape Resort. You’ll be less than a 10-minute drive to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and The Seawall, with restaurants, shops, fishing piers and more. Groceries and souvenirs are just minutes away.

The house was clean and the beach access is what keeps me coming back to the condos. This condo has very little kitchen utensils, the pots and pans could be replaced especially if you are staying longer then 4 days. No spices, scissors, oven mits, knives were very dull, and no cleaning supplies. Fridge barely kept our food cold and one of the burners on the stove top did not work. It wasn't a bad stay just could have been better for the price.

The overall property was really fun for our children. The accessibility to the beach was excellent and the pool/hot-tub area was great. The condo itself needs a little TLC. The patio furniture was very rusty and some of the amenities inside the condo were worn and dated. Also, if you are traveling from out of town, note that you are not provided any beach/pool towels.

Amazing Weekend

Unit wonderful with Beach access. Great view of the from the balcony. The property was up to par. The pool and bathroom access were clean and no trash anywhere. Definitely on the list to stay at again.

Enjoyed our time away

TV in master bedroom did not work. Pillows flat and no pillow cases on extra pillows in closet. No trash can in one bath. 2 one inch bars of soap per bathroom. Need comfortable patio furniture and at least be able to seat 4. We 4 could not sit out side at one time. Did love the direct beach access, parking and carts to help get luggage to room. Loved that host answered a WiFi problem in timely manner.
