Breathtaking beach and sunrise views from this 2/2 in Seascape Condo! Unlike most condos in Galveston, Seascape is located directly on the beach, just west of the Seawall, there is no need to cross the busy street to feel the sand between your toes. Start mornings with breakfast on a large balcony looking out towards the gulf. On sunny days, it’s the perfect place to unwind with a book or kick back and enjoy the views. Soak up the sights and sounds from your beach-facing balcony or relax by the swimming pool (heated year-round) and hot tubs. Condo sleeps 8 with king beds in both bedrooms, bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. An upscale kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and contemporary, all-white cabinets includes microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils. TVs in each bedroom and tiled floors. Cable and Wi-Fi access so perfect for working remotely. Linens and towels provided. Ready to go to the beach? Beach towels are provided so no need to pack extras. There is also a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use. Complex features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors.

THINGS TO KNOW

* All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.
* Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.
* Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.
* This unit is located on the first floor (above the parking garage). The complex has elevators; however, Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 2, and they will not be available for use Nov 30-Jan 29.
* The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.
* Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.
* There is a shared laundry room onsite with coin-operated washer/dryer.

This is a very comfortable and well appointed condo with a great deck and view of the beach. The owner’s instructions and information were super clear, thorough and helpful. I would definitely look forward to staying here again!

Well, where do I begin. Upon arriving, I got the wrist bands and parking permit. I made my way to the room and was pleasantly surprised. The room was cool (75) and everything was sparkling clean. The two bedrooms were HUGE with oversized king beds. Two full baths with great showers. Bunk beds were wonderful for the kids. Plenty of room in the kitchen for groceries. Lots of space in the fridge as well. Every kitchen appliance known to man was available. A regular coffee maker AND Keurig was there. The views from the balcony were wonderful. The lock on the front door was very friendly. The path to the beach was a breeze as you are only steps away. And, when you tire of the salt water, you can rinse off and take a dip in the pool that is there. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. for the stay. One thing we did notice is there is no chest of drawers to put away your clothes. Small thing, but worth noting. TVs in all the room with lots of premium channels to watch. Couch and chairs were quite comfy. To summarize, we had no issues here and if you want a great stay, this is your place, it will be for us when we return.

The unit was great, the hot tub is warm and the beach is right there! We had a great trip in March. Our only minor complaint is the new building being constructed in the next lot over. You can definitely hear it during the day but is quiet at night.
