Beautiful 2/2 in Seascape beachfront condos! Unlike most condos in Galveston, Seascape is located directly on the beach, just west of the Seawall, there is no need to cross the busy street to feel the sand between your toes! This is one of a truly unique 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 2 private balconies. Condo sleeps 8 with a king bed in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Full kitchen w/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils and granite countertops. Cable & wifi access. Linens and towels provided. Beautiful beachfront and pool views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom and 2 private balconies. Watch your family enjoy the resort-style pool and hot tubs while relaxing from one of the two private balconies. Ready to go to the beach? Grab the chairs and beach toys in the unit and don't forget the sunscreen! Complex features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors of the complex.

Please note that the HOA requires all guests to be counted towards occupancy, regardless of age, and guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. The host fee in the quote includes the cleaning fee and HOA nightly surcharge (parking).

Beach Getaway

The condo was clean and well-stocked with towels and the necessities. The grounds were clean and the convenience of the pool and beach cannot be beat. The beds were surprisingly comfortable.

We have stayed at Seascape previously & we enjoy the property, overall, and this particular condo was clean, perfectly located, and with a good layout. The plumbing in the bath tubs/showers tends to drain slow, but we've noticed that in other condos as well, so realize it's a 'property' issue more than pertaining to any individual units.

Our experience at this property was fantastic from start to finish. The listing was accurate, and everything included met our expectations. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the friendly security officer, we felt welcomed. Although I hadn’t received the check-in email, the property owner was incredibly kind and promptly provided the access information over the phone, then followed up with the full email. The unit was perfect for our family getaway, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed stay!

Best Vacation Stay Ever

The condo was amazing. The view was spectacular. We were no more than 10 minutes away from our activities. We were surprised by the little extras in the condo, ( spices, cleaning and laundry supplies etc.). If I get the chance I would stay in the same condo again.

The condo was perfect for us. The view is gorgeous! Plenty of essentials. The pool was perfect and the hot tub was hot. We enjoyed walking on the beach picking up shells and bird watching. Food in Galveston is fantastic! Our only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer!

Weekend getaway

Absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay here. It was just as listed!! Beautiful view, cute/clean condo! Ot gave us a nice weekend getaway that we so desired. Only complaint was the slow draining tub and moldy shower curtain… nothing worse than standing in water build up and then having the nasty curtain made it worse.

Great Property

Property location is great, directly on a small private beach. Pool and common areas are kept pristine. The unit we stayed in was clean, but a bit shabby. Needs a renovation. We had a great experience, and will look for a different unit next time.

Quick Getaway

The process of renting and checking in was so stress-free I appreciated that. The condo was small but able to accommodate my group. The pool area was nice and it was super easy access to the beach. The AC in the condo didn’t really cool and it got to be hot at times. Overall enjoyed spending the weekend in Galveston.

A good family location

The information for the door code were not totally accurate. We got an update after our arrival Drains were very slow and the garage disposal was marginal. We enjoyed the location and the beach access.

Great stay!!

The elevator wouldn’t stop on second floor for pickup. It would stop if you were inside. So taking our stuff to the car was an ordeal. But we loved our time there and would stay again.

Mother daughter weekend

Nice enough but tired. Bed linens are threadbare and no place to set anything in smaller bath. No wine glasses and just needs overall tending to.

Amazing

We loved this condo so much! Everything was clean and so nice. It was a perfect location being on the beach. The unit looked just like the pictures. We will Definitely be back and plan to book this same unit again or another one of Jessica’s. She was great to deal with and we had no issues! The beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and towels were a great addition and kept us from Having to bring our own or pay for rentals. Everything on the property was easy to access. We felt very safe also

Condo Interior

Condo looked to be quite old. Really needs updating. Doors to balconies hard to open. Walls need painted. Beds need new mattresses and linens. Location on beach was excellent, while closeness to town and activities was convenient. Furniture was nice. Really enjoyed having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms.

Just a couple of suggestions

Pantry needs salt and pepper. Master bath needs new shower curtain liner. The balcony chairs were very difficult to climb into and out of, and so heavy we could hardly move them. Maybe standard sized deck chairs would be better. Construction was noisy and elevator was not operating on the day we were leaving. So we had to make multiple trips to get our luggage down to our vehicle. A kind lady, who was also a guest, helped us. The experience was mostly positive.

Great Condo

My girls and I were there for a dance competition at Moody Gardens and this was the absolute perfect place to stay...except for the non-air conditioned elevator in competition make-up. We made it through that and loved every minute in the condo. After a busy crowded day at Moody, it was the perfect location to get away from the crowds and decompress, but close enough to everything in town. The pool and courtyard area were beautiful and relaxing. The room was spacious enough for the 3 of us and had everything we needed and then some. The showers could use a little help, but not a deal breaker for us. The one is so small, but if you just need a quick wash and rinse...it's doable. The other one doesn't drain, so even a quick shower, you are calf deep in water... again, not a big deal. There is a beautiful view, comfortable beds, clean room with plenty of extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. I appreciated the guard booth at the entrance, the guard walking the grounds, the wrist bands, and the locks on the gates. I always felt safe with my girls there. Definitely recommend this location.

Very basic

Upon entering property, we noticed the 2 main lights bulbs in the main entrance & hallway we out. So we changed them. Also VERY DIRTY ac filter, so we changed that also. We went to vaccum and the vacucum was plugged with hair and very dirty. Could not Use. NO CLOSET spece in guest bedroom because owner has all their stuf in their. Also no dresser, so your clothes have to stay in suitcase. Very disapointing,. 2 of 3 doors to balcony are out of wack and VERY HARD TO CLOSE. Main entry door is missaligned and you cannot lock deadbolt! Clear shower curtain is filthy and needs to be repalced. On property on the first night there was no outside lights around facility and it was pitch black. The washing machine for 2nd floor is broken. The security guard was very rude multiple times. Would love to speak to someone about the money I spent for such poor conditions

Communication and check in/checkout/instructions were all excellent. The unit was nice. The complex is starting to show its age a bit - one of the elevators was down during our stay. Overall a wonderful trip though!
