Breathtaking beach and sunrise views from this 2/2 in Seascape Condo! Unlike most condos in Galveston, Seascape is located directly on the beach, just west of the Seawall, there is no need to cross the busy street to feel the sand between your toes Start mornings with breakfast on one of two private balconies looking out towards the gulf. On sunny days, it’s the perfect place to unwind with a book or kick back and enjoy the views. Soak up the sights and sounds from your beach-facing balcony or relax by the swimming pool (heated year-round) and hot tubs. Condo sleeps 8 with a king bed in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. An upscale kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and contemporary gray cabinets includes microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils. TV in the master bedroom, tile floors and newly updated decor. Cable and Wi-Fi access. Linens and towels provided. Ready to go to the beach? Beach towels are provided so no need to pack extras. There is also a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use. Complex features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors.



THINGS TO KNOW



* All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.

* Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.

* Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.

* This unit is located on the second floor. The complex has elevators; however, Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 2, and they will not be available for use Nov 30-Jan 29.

* The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.

* Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.

* There is a shared laundry room onsite with coin-operated washer/dryer.

Clean comfortable space, 2 bathrooms and two balcony’s with beach view. This space is close to the elevator, close to the pool and close to the beach! Perfect with covered parking. What more can you ask for!? Hot water , cold air and plenty of ice in the freezer! Loved it!

Enjoyed our short stay at this Seascape property! Everything about the unit was just as described. Nice view of the beach and no trouble checking in, etc. Very nicely decorated with beachy decor; very tasteful. We didn't have any issues so we didn't need to contact the host.

So sorry the decor was not your style. As you can see in the pictures, we try to keep all decor to a minimum. We don't keep anything on the living room coffee/end tables or the bedroom nightstands or dressers so that guests have plenty of space for their belongings.

Loved the stunning view from the balconies. Having coffee in the morning and watching the sun rise was phenomenal. Being able to walk to the beach without crossing any street was the best. I will definitely book again!

Great location!Very convenient to everything and the accommodations were fantastic. The only issue we had was that there was a large family with several kids that stayed below us and they were extremely loud. They were so loud that We heard them through the walls.

Seascape was cozy and convenient for our group of 5. Parking was easy and it was lovely to have easy access to a private beach. The beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that I had to pay for laundry services. I don’t carry quarters anymore!

The location was perfect for us and even though it was cold while we were there, being so close to the beach enabled us to walk and play on the beach. The condo is compact but had all of the amenities that we needed.

The apartment was exactly as described, with very comfortable furniture and lovey views. It was very clean and we enjoyed the ability to eat in a couple of days, but also being close enough to town to go out for a few meals. We explored the beach, but unfortunately the weather was too cold for going to the pool, which did look nice and well maintained. Communication was very easy and timely. We hope to be back for another family getaway.

Amazing Beach Stay

We absolutely loved the condo, the location, the easy access to the beach, the pool and swings, and everything else about this place. The condo was decorated very nice, super cozy and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Galveston without staying in the middle of the crowds!
