Family friendly 2 story 1100 sq ft condo located in Portside Resort, a 16 acre tropically landscaped paradise. This gorgeous townhome allows for easy access to pools, tennis and pickleball courts, newly remodeled fitness center, and best of all the beautiful white sandy beach. Enjoy the stunning sunsets and go for long walks on the quiet beach. Being at the west end of Panama City Beach gives you the prime location of being close to 30A, Pier Park and many popular restaurants and activities. Small desk, office chair, and wifi provided if you are teleworking while on a flexcation.

This resort has 3 pools, with the heated pool located right outside our condo. The other 2 pools are a very short walk away at the front of the resort and have waterfalls and Polynesian style huts, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis courts and shuffleboard. The pools are gated and private for Portside resort guests only and have a bathhouse with showers to ensure you have a relaxing atmosphere. Then right across the street from the resort are the white sugar sandy beaches and emerald clear waters of the Gulf. Come back and enjoy all the comforts of home at your fully furnished condo.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite and deck balcony that offers an amazing view with comfortable seating. Second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an additional twin bed. A full bathroom adjoins both bedrooms with a separate vanity suite in the master bedroom. Both bedrooms have TV’s as well as large closets with hangers, shelving, suitcase stands, and dressers to ensure you have plenty of space to unpack and unwind.

The large first floor living area opens onto a patio with storage bench seating as well as a charcoal grill and large yard area. Storage closet on patio is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and floats for your use. Living area has a sofa, dining table and breakfast bar area. A half bath is downstairs as well as your own washer and dryer. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, fully equipped with standard coffee maker as well as kerug, toaster, microwave, blender, dishes, cookware, wine glasses, ice-maker, children’s dishes and more.

This is a family friendly condo with highchair, portacrib, baby gate, dishes for children, books and games. Lower cabinets have child safety latches and outlets have safety guards for your little one’s protection. Hair dryer, some toiletries, and flat iron provided. This unit has high speed internet with WIFI and cable as well as a 4K Smart TV in downstairs living area and well as smart TV in master bedroom.

Located only 15 minutes from the airport, 3 miles to Pier Park, specialty shops, Grand Theater and restaurants overlooking the gulf. Frank Brown Park is only 10 minutes away with its own huge pool, tennis courts, baseball and softball fields and lots of walking trails. Panama City Beach activities include Golf courses, Top Golf, Dolly Parton's Pirate Adventure Dinner & Show, fishing, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, mini golf, Gulf World, Zoo World, Wonder Works, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not, scooters, jet skis or parasailing. Our personal favorite Thomas Donuts and Carousel grocery store less than mile away.

We invite you to bring your family for a truly memorable vacation. There is certainly something for everyone to enjoy here. Our unit is a non-smoking and pet-free environment. Maximum occupancy is 6 people and minimum rental age is 25. You will need to check in at Portside Resort office to receive parking passes that are $40. Townhouse has a dedicated parking spot as well as additional guest spots. Our unit is located in the middle of the resort so about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach.
