Great place to stay! Easy access to condo and beach! Covered parking was close and convenient! Host were easy to contact with quick response when needed!

We (my spouse, and young adult daughters) have been staying in Panama City Beach for over 25 years and this GEM was by far THE BEST place we have stayed. We would love to go back very soon.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The beach view was amazing. The pools are clean with nice lounge chairs. Would stay again if in that area again.

Loved this place! The condo is right on the beach and being on the first floor was a huge plus. Easy in and out all day. Great location, clean, and no hassle carrying stuff to the beach. Highly recommend if you want true beachfront convenience.

Couldn't have asked for a better vacation! The communication with the host was great. I will say, from now on I'll always look for a 1st floor stay if I cant book this same room bc it was faster and easily accessible when the lines for the elevator were long. This was our second time staying at the Celedon and once again, it didn't disappoint.

Condo was great! Owners were very responsive & great to work with. We arrived a few hours before check-in & we were able to contact the host & check-in early. We had a great week in this condo! Everything was great!!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, close to the gym, and right on the beach. The host was very responsive. I would stay here again.

Love location! Condo is very cute and love bottom floor right on beach. Had a little trouble with door code and wifi password didn’t work, but we loved the place! It’s perfect

Loved the location of the property and the proximity to beach access-literally just steps away. Unit was clean and perfect for the get away my husband and I needed. We did have some issues with the codes to access door/pool that was sent but host was very quick to respond and communicate about that issue. No beach chairs are included with this rental, so prepare to spend 60 day if you wish to have lounge chairs that you don’t have to pack down. Bed was very comfy, always a plus for us! Even with the code issue and lack of provided chair rentals we still think this rental is 5 star worthy!

This was a nice, quiet area. The condo is super cute and I loved being on the 1st floor. No elevator or steps to worry about. 10/10

We stayed here on the basis of location and first floor. That did not dissapoint. Unfortunately the pool was shut down for the whole week without knowing up front. I dont blame owners for that as they were not informed either. Although there is a pool across the road it was not ideal for beach / pool sharing. If that had been accessible it would have been perfect. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the owners were great at communication. I did mention to him the TV in bedroom would not work. Yes, we were at the beach to enjoy outdoors, but on a rainy day or nights it would be nice to have tv access while ending the day. The TV in the living room was fine.

The first floor made getting to the beach and pool so easy! Such a beautiful view of the beach and sunset! The host was very kind! Also we noticed a broken chair when we took it to the beach. They replaced it promptly! We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Beautiful condo on 1st floor. Covered parking just across the street. Two pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center. No need to fool with getting a cart because you can load and unload your car within steps of the unit. Keyless entry, so no keys to keep up with. On western end of PCB but within a few miles of Pier Park. Would definitely stay there again.

This condo was nice and in a great location. We had a small issue and the owner came very quickly to make it right. The view was beautiful and we would absolutely stay here again!!
