Don't forget, peak season is in swing and during peak season, we book Saturday to Saturday. Andrew's Sandbox's namesake is my oldest son, now a freshman in college. You'll love the Sandbox's 6 bedrooms (5 up and 1 down) and 6, count 'em, 6 bathrooms (4 up and 2 down). Yowsa!

Other amenities include televisions, DVD players, cable, high speed internet, master bath, central air, ceiling fans throughout, TWO refrigerators with ice makers, washer dryer, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Outside showers and picnic table. Also, new wifi mesh network. More consistent coverage throughout the home! (Still can't guarantee the local cable company provision, but if its working, it'll work everywhere!).

Added a propane gas pool heater, so YES the pool is heatable to a maximum of 82-84' (the high side of recommended rec pool temps) to take the chill off! This service is by request in advance with a per night surcharge for length of stay (gas is expensive right now, this does not actually recoup the cost!). Fee subject to change due to incredibly high gas rates right now. Any online quote will show the optional fee and its current pricing. You may also add it after booking by simply requesting the pool be heated any time after making the reservation and at least a few days before check in so we can get it on before you arrive. See our FAQ about heatable pools too.

Andrew's Sandbox feels like 'our' beach house for a long time!

We've enjoyed staying at Andrew's Sandbox for the past several years! It's been perfect. Our own beach home! Our kids are getting bigger and we feel like we need more room. Do you have bigger places, with less stairs? Thanks for making our stay enjoyable all these years!

The location was amazing. Some things to consider:1. The pictures of the house are completely outdated. The images should accurately represent the home. We chose the home based on the images shown on the app and that is not what we got.2. The day of check out, the cleaning crew arrived hours before our check out time. I feel this is unacceptable. We were not allowed the full time that we paid for. 3. Small details like the one refrigerator has a messed up seal on it so some of our groceries went bad before we realized the door doesn’t shut properly.

🎉 Thanks Brittany! Glad you had a great time at Andrew's Sandbox and that the location was amazing. Bummed to lose a star, though, and I'd love to hear more so I can earn it back — because I reached out before your review, in-platform, by email, and by text, and never heard back. No word before or during the stay either, so this is the first I'm learning of any of it. 😕 On the three items: the photos — you're right that they didn't match, but in the good direction! We repainted and refurnished the Sandbox this year, so you got the freshly updated version before we could reshoot. Nothing that matters to a stay changed — bedding, beds, seating, layout are all as listed — but I'm sorry the new look caught you off guard. The cleaners — checkout is 10, and I'm genuinely confused how you were shorted time. Crews do sometimes arrive early and wait outside in their vehicles, which I ask them not to do; if they did more than that, please tell me, because that I'd want to fix. The fridge — I had both checked: one seal is a little dinged, but both hold temperature fine. The usual culprit when groceries turn is loading an empty fridge with a lot of warm drinks on arrival — it's in our arrival notes for exactly that reason — but if it was something else, I'd like to know. A quick message during the stay would have let us help — that's what we're here for. I'd still love to hear from you, and I'd love the chance to earn that fifth star next time. Thanks again! 🙏

Beautiful home, steps from the beach with an extraordinary view! Our large family had plenty of space. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Our bed was very comfortable, huge bonus!! As that is not often the case. We would definitely stay here again![🥰 Awesome Paula! So glad to hear you all loved Andrew's Sandbox -- beautiful with that extraordinary view, plenty of space for the big family, and a fully-equipped kitchen. And ha — I LOVE that you called out the comfortable bed as a "huge bonus," because you're right, that's not always a given! This was a great location for our Spring Break trip! We all had a ton of fun. We loved walking the beach every morning! The house was great! A couple of things to suggest: most of the bathrooms could use a little upgrading, some of the kitchen drawers and cabinets could use some TLC, the smaller king room did not have anywhere to store clothes (maybe add some shelves to the closet), the door to the deck in the larger king room would not open and it would definitely be nice to have a few extra kitchen towels.

Great place right on the beach

My extended family and I loved our stay. It was so nice to step out the back door and be right there on the sand. Plenty of beds, baths, and space for the whole crew. Grandkids loved the bunk beds. The pool downstairs was a really nice break when the beach got too hot.

Perfect home. Perfect vacation.

Really enjoyed our stay!! Richard was very kind and helpful. We had no issues or problems during our stay. Loved that it had two refrigerators! Home was clean and a perfect size. The windows allowed so many beautiful views of the beach as your morning kicks off. Sat on the porch watching dolphins every morning. 5 stars all around!

Can't wait to come back!

Our stay was great! We enjoyed the space with our family of eight. Any time there was a need, Richard and his team were exceptionally responsive! The walk to the beach was just steps, and the pool was great, too! Cannot wait to stay again!

Andrew’s sandbox

We had the best time for our stay here. The house is beautiful and the perfect location. Our group had a variety of ages staying and there were plenty of things close by to do besides hanging out on the beach. We will certainly be back!

Family Beach Break

Our family enjoyed our stay. The beach location +pool is a must for small children. It was a very good spring break.
