Summit Sanctuary is an ideal, clean & comfy retreat for both romantic getaways & small group gatherings! It's well-appointed & offers a great space for people to relax & enjoy the peaceful Redwoods! Whether you're unwinding in the cozy living room, preparing meals in the spacious kitchen, or hosting BBQs on the deck, every moment promises to be filled with vacation bliss. Summit is close to the river, golf course, Armstrong Woods, wineries, restaurants, the Pacific Ocean & Guerneville just a short walk or 3 min drive away!

LOWER LEVEL - A spiral staircase leads you downstairs to the other 2 bedrooms & bathroom
Bedroom 2 - Two Comfy Queen beds (both w/ tempur-pedic toppers & pillows) w/ a door leading to the lower deck.
Bedroom 3 - Trundle bed w/ a Full "Memory Foam" mattress on top & a pull out single bed underneath.

OUTDOOR SPACES - The upper & lower decks are great spaces to hang out! Both are surrounded by large redwood trees.
