This updated, open concept, ranch-style vacation home is the perfect place to land in the Russian River Valley! It has comfy furnishings throughout, a fabulously remodeled kitchen and a large & inviting living w/ a wall of windows looking out to the huge yard and River! It is in a quiet neighborhood within a 7 min drive to downtown Guerneville. The outdoor spaces include a large patio area w/ comfy seating and dining area, a hot tub, fire table and a horseshoe pit! There is Seasonal river access from the backyard w/a seasonal dock. Whether you’re exploring the river, hitting the links, indulging in local cuisine, or heading to the ocean which is within a 20 minute drive away, this home offers the ideal base for all of your vacation adventures.

- Seasonal Dock **(2025 will have a smaller dock avail for use, but no boats due to a dam break late 2024. All houses /docks impacted along the lower Russian River.)

- Kitchen - Large & remodeled & has state of the art appliances & everything you need for making fantastic meals! Granite counters throughout w/ a counter height breakfast bar & seating.
- Living room - Has a huge, & very comfy sectional couch w/ a sofa sleeper, a Flat screen Smart TV & a wall of windows looking out to the expansive yard, board games.
- Dining area - Large table, perfect for meals & Game Nights w/ a wall of windows & a door leading to fabulous patio, yard & River!
- Bedroom 1 - Primary Bedroom - Large w/ Comfy Queen Bed, reading nook, flat screen TV w/ Xfinity / private Bathroom/Shower
- Bedroom 2 - Comfy Queen Bed, reading nook, Desk (work station), Flatscreen TV w/ cable

- PLEASE READ! The seasonal dam at Vacation Beach on the Russian River will NOT be installed this year, as determined by Sonoma County and State officials. ***As a result, a smaller dock is avail for your use, but no use of Kayaks.

- Friendly Reminder: 8 people Max day or night - No exceptions
- 3 Cars Max day or night
- No smoking of anything in the house
- NO Parties/Large gatherings
- Quiet Hours: 9PM to 9AM observed by all guests
- PET POLICY - Dogs only/$100 Fee per Dog - Yard not fenced
