Every time we’re in this area, this is our favorite place to rent. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a secluded place to stay without being too far from town. Marc is an awesome host, and the cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

My husband and I like to find little getaway destinations for weekend trips to just get away from the day to day life. This cabin was the perfect opportunity for this. Very clean, well maintained and came equipped with everything we needed to cook for the weekend. The host Marc was a pleasure to speak with and l with since this was our first time using VRBO. We will definitely be back and recommend this little slice of heaven in the mountains.

The property was absolutely amazing! The cabin was perfect for my husband and me. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Even if you choose not to leave the property during your visit, you won't be disappointed—there is plenty to enjoy right at the cabin. The cabin was cozy, and the surroundings were peaceful, quiet, and serene. We especially loved the beautiful wooded scenery and the path leading down to the river. We spent time in the river every day and were even lucky enough to spot an otter! The location is also excellent. We were able to make quick trips into town for a few necessities and enjoyed visiting Stone Mountain State Park during our stay. This place is truly a hidden gem!

Cabin was very nice, had everything we needed to be able to cook and enjoy our stay. Water heater is rather loud and makes it hard to hear others and the tv if it is running. Hot water never ran out. Very peaceful and loved walking down to the stream. Although didn’t see one fish while we were there so fishing was a no go. But for a relaxing time it was great!

Wonderful Location

This cabin in the woods was the perfect mountain retreat for my wife and I. Tucked away in the woods and right near the river. The cabin was stocked with everything one could possibly need. Would highly recommend staying here.
