The open kitchen and expansive living area make this the perfect setting for a memorable family getaway. This townhome has updated furnishings and decor to welcome guests to a VIP vacation! This privately-owned townhome has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and is the perfect size for groups of 6-8 guests. The living room extends out onto a private porch overlooking a pond with the nearby beach club on the horizon. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom and there is a half-bath conveniently located downstairs. Both guest bedrooms offer Queen beds and the sleeper sofa is also a Queen with a memory foam mattress. This community works to ensure that you’re never too far from a good time. Conveniently, there is a shuttle that runs throughout the complex to bring you to the Lost Key Beach Club. The Beach Club features a beachside pool, drink service, restaurant, and private beach. While access to the pool and beaches is always available to you during the daytime and the restaurant is open 7 days a week, chair service is seasonal running from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
