Welcome to Island Vibe!

This 2BR/2.5BA BEACHFRONT condo (Villa H-5) is ideally located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and Lighthouse Park!

The living area is bright and beachy with comfortable furnishings, flat screen TV, VCR/DVD player and CD stereo, and opens onto a furnished beachfront deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Just past the living room is a large dining table for up to 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The well-equipped kitchen with Gulf views has all standard appliances and a balcony overlooking the parking area. A convenient half bath can be found in the living area.

Upstairs is the beachfront master bedroom with King bed, beachfront balcony, TV, DVD/VCR and private bathroom with newly tiled shower. Across the hall, a second bedroom offers 2 double beds and a TV. A bathroom with combination tub/shower and laundry center is located just outside of this bedroom. Both bathrooms remodeled Spring of 2025.

Tile floors throughout the main living space with carpeted bedrooms, there are 12 stairs to reach the main living area and another 12 stairs to reach the bedroom/bathroom level.

The Villas of St. George complex has 42 units. The community offers use of a large community swimming pool with outdoor shower, park-style charcoal grilling area, fish cleaning station and beach boardwalk. Centrally located, you will have easy access to the center of St. George Island where area businesses and restaurants are located! The Villas of St. George Island was constructed in the 1980's, and while it is a treasured piece of St. George Island history, the older architecture results in more narrow stairwells than modern day condominiums, so please plan accordingly. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicle parking only (parking passes provided); boats, trailers and RVs are not allowed. Please note, parking is not assigned.

Beautiful view of the ocean from living room and master bedroom. Bathrooms, 2 in the upstairs were nice and private, clean, one had a walk-in shower and the other a tub shower combo. Half bath on the main level. We appreciated the washer and dryer. The pool was nice too. We would stay here again. Convenient to everything, with a nice restaurant and bar within walking distance on the beach. We saw dolphins every day. Lots of stairs if you find that hard.

This was the perfect place for our 30th Wedding Anniversary trip. The view was worth the two sets of stairs and the hub's bad knee. The downstairs toilet is a little tricky, but no worries, there's two more upstairs that are fine. Washer and dryer upstairs too. So nice to not have to take home any dirty clothes either. Walking distance from lighthouse and Blue Parrot restaurant (get the Grouper Old School!) Walk to the beach was much shorter than we're accustomed too in Alabama also. Super quiet and peaceful.

We had a wonderful week staying at this villa. The unit is very nicely updated, clean, and comfortable. Great location with very easy beach access and within walking or biking distance of many of the shops and restaurants on the island. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful condo, clean, comfortable furniture, and in good condition. Cant beat the location and the views! Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to make a meal. Located right next to great restaurants, The Blue Parrot, Ebbys ice cream, and BJs Pizza.

Absolutely fabulous! Very comfortable with a beautiful view, especially from the upstairs balcony. Literally right on the beach with restaurants and lighthouse less than a 5 minute walk. The dolphins put on a great show daily. Sunrise and sunsets were amazing

We had the best time staying here on St. George Island! The check-in process was seamless, location is within walking distance to The Blue Parrot for dinner, Weber’s for morning donuts, BJ’s for pizza night, and most importantly an easy, quick walk to the beach! My husband and I loved having morning coffee over looking the Gulf, my boys played sunset football on the beach every night, and we all enjoyed the quiet, comfortable accommodations. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. We had such an enjoyable stay!

Great spot on the beach. Clean and comfortable.

Be aware that it is a multi-story property so you will be doing some stair climbing. Great kitchen and living area and comfortable beds. Enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the beach.

Perfect location and gorgeous view!

We loved our visit to the island and staying at this perfect spot to enjoy it! We spend hours walking the beach and riding bikes along the path exploring the whole island. The state park was lovely and we look forward to coming back again to enjoy it more. The condo was perfect for our getaway and had everything we needed for our stay - super comfy and very spacious!
