Explore the outdoor offerings by day, including world class climbing, paddling, hang-gliding, hiking; come back to endless options for your palate. Walk to concerts, shops, and art galleries and sporting events. Grab breakfast, coffee, rent a bike—it’s all within walking distance!
Ours is a gorgeous one-bedroom condo in a historical 1911 building. A full kitchen gives you the option to eat in, if you must. Or, just warm up leftovers from any of the area’s creative restaurants. Need to work? We have the world’s fastest WiFi and a dedicated work desk. Tuck in for the night in our bedroom’s soft queen mattress and light blocking curtains. Our building doesn’t allow animals for any reason.

Great property

This is our second stay in this building… different unit. And both were clean, nicely appointed, and a great location. The only caveat is that noise from above can be distracting. We’ll visit again! Donna

Fabulous stay and GREAT location

Came here with my husband for a birthday getaway and this was the perfect spot to stay. Parking was a breeze, we could walk anywhere for great food/drinks, and don’t even get me started on how ADORABLE the apartment is. We will definitely want to stay here again. Run don’t walk to La Vie Boheme for your Chattanooga stay!

Great Place convenient !!

This place is great and is the best location! Short mile Uber ride to everything downtown. My daughter and myself stay here! Very cool place!

Great little spot close to everything!

We loved our stay at this apartment. It was close to Market Street and we enjoyed walking many places to get to know the city better. Parking is a little tricky, at times, but that is to be expected in the city. They recommended a few restaurants and we enjoyed the ones we tried: Bluegrass Grill and Taqueria Jalisco Ania (best Mexican food I've had since leaving the west). We also enjoyed a great gluten free pizza at Community Pie and some incredible barbecue at Little Coyote. Of course, we also enjoyed ice cream at Clumpies. The neighbors upstairs are loud. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to take that into consideration. We had to leave unexpectedly and forgot some food in the fridge and messaged the property manager receiving an instant response. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much.

Easy walk to dining and drinks

This condo is close to so much good food, as well as a local brewery, experimental bourbon distillery, and of course the Chattanooga Choo Choo. It’s also a short drive to lots of trails with all levels of difficulty. I had great communication with the host and she had excellent recommendations.

Great Central Location

Right in the heart of all that Chattanooga has to offer. Great coffee houses, bars, restaurants, not too far from riverfront walk. This was my first trip to this area and I will look for it again when I am headed back to town.

Highly recommend!

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! Such a great location and the interior is beautifully decorated. It was very clean and we were provided everything we needed. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come in town!!

Great base location with easy walk to choo choo

Beautiful property to come back to from daily excursions. Comfy bed and all the basics provided. Above neighbors/renters very loud one night but nothing we could do as it was before 10pm. Location is close to restaurants, bakery, bars, music. Taproom staff also very nice and gave us the correct Code to enter Apt. door which had been given one number off. All good…we would stay again and recommend to those who like to explore!

Gorgeous and great location!

This apartment is so gorgeous!! It is within easy walking distance of many neighborhood bars, restaurants and shops. There is a great little pub downstairs but it was not loud upstairs. Would highly recommend this place for your stay.

Awesome location

Loved the location and the space. Only negative is that the ceilings / floors paper thin so as the kids in the upstairs apartment woke in the 6 o’clock hour, it wasn’t ideal for sleeping in

Accurate Description

We loved the condo. It looked exactly like the pictures online. The only reason we did not give it full stars is we really wish there was a real coffee maker in the unit. Even a cheap Keurig would be great. My husband was really bothered by the grease smell coming from the bar downstairs and the people above us walk really really loud. We were only there to sleep so it was not to big of a deal.

Great location

This property is in a great location, walking distance to so many things. The only downside to this apartment is that the person above us was very loud. Not their fault necessary, you could just hear them walking around at all hours.

Beautiful Condo on the heart of the Southside

The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The only thing that is not disclosed is it is above a bar. We were there mid week and there was no noise. I don’t know if it is noisy on the weekends. The host was terrific and I would highly recommended this property.

Ok stay

Some things about this condo was good, others not so good. As far as the check in process goes, we could not get the door to open. I called her, no answer . I left a voice mail, with no response. Finally managed to get in. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. As far as location to restaurants, bars and other things to do, it was excellent. However, the location itself, had a abandoned building next door, making the whole area look bad. Inside, the pictures posted was accurate. It’s quite cute inside. Also this little condo is located above a bar, so Friday evening was quite loud.

Loved Chattanooga

Loved being close to restaurants and free parking. You have to climb 3 flights of steps as there is no elevator. When you are 69 and 72 it becomes a bit of a problem. It is located above a bar which was not a problem until the last night. There was quite a bit of noise, hard to sleep. The building next door makes the area look bad. Needs to be torn down. The lock on the door is quite hard to work. Even called the property owner. No answer, left a message. She didn’t see it until the day we left. The apartment itself is quite cute and the pictures are accurate. We were only there in the evenings as we visited all the sights during the day. Rock City, Ruby Falls etc. So much to see and do there. You can walk to a bunch of different restaurants.

A wonderful place to stay

This property exceeded my expectations in almost every way and I'm incredibly glad I stayed here. The host was incredibly sweet and very prompt with communication, and the property itself was exactly as advertised. There were certainly a few things that I didn't necessarily love, but that's bound to happen with any property rental like this. It was a perfect location -- very close to a number of great restaurants and only a short drive to downtown -- and the property itself as very spacious. All in all, a great place to stay!

Amazing Place!

My husband and I took a couple of days just to get away and chose to stay at this little gem. We loved the space, linens and towels were so luxurious, bed was super comfy. We literally parked our vehicle and walked everywhere. The local bars and restaurants are excellent and plentiful. We will definitely be returning next time we're in Chattanooga. We loved it!!
