🏖️Aqua 1410 Oceanfront; King/Dbl beds, 2 full baths

Aqua is a luxury condo located on the quieter west side of PCB and is one of the best complexes in the area. Aqua 1410 has a private balcony accessible from both the living room "and" master bedroom.

We provide FREE beach chairs from Mar - Oct to maximize your beach enjoyment - a savings of $50+ daily.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with with a regular coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, microwave, blender and kitchen tools to prepare a meal. The kitchen table seats four. The family room has a flat screen tv with cable, queen sleeper sofa and two comfy chairs.

The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size bed, flat screen tv with cable and access to the balcony. Enjoy spectacular views of the gulf and even a peaceful moon at night from the MBR! The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en suite master bath with granite counter tops, soaking tub and a separate glass shower.

In addition to the MBR, there's a "bonus" room with a full size bed and nightstand. The second full bath is conveniently located across the hallway.

Our housekeepers are implementing extra precautions for disinfecting and cleaning procedures.

Aqua offers great amenities ~ a heated indoor pool, two beach pools, hot tub, steam room, poolside cafe with cocktails (daily drink specials) and a kid's program.

We're within walking distance (.4 miles) to Pier Park - 125+ stores, restaurants, live music, IMAX theater, Dave & Busters and more!

AQUA is convenient to Hwy 79 and I-10. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is approx 15 min drive from our condo.

Great location

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was a girls weekend we had plenty of room. The location was great and we enjoyed having the reserved beach chairs and umberella. Make sure to take extra soap and shampoo because there were no starters.

Beach Trip

We have been coming to PCB the last four years and this was the best condo we have stayed in. Location is perfect and this has been our favorite Aqua condo we have booked.

Excellent property and great location!

This property has excellent views, is clean, and all of the amenities needed for a relaxing beach trip. The owners were wonderful to work with - we wanted to come a day early and they accommodated us!

Great spot!

Stayed during spring break, location great for parking car and leaving it in garage for week. Had multiple friends stay in different condos within building and all commented on our stay, the amenities as well as communication with owners. Would happily stay in same until again!

Amazing View, but could have been cleaner

The ocean view was amazing! Very nice to just step out on the patio and soak in the view and sun. Could see the sunset every night. The instructions for checking in were thorough anf clear and was very smooth. That being said, the condo was only surface level clean. Floor felt dirty when barefoot, there were toenails on the patio furniture and floor (pretty gross), bugs in the light for the master bath shower, dust along the tub, some silverware and plates needed to be hand washed before using. All relatively small things but they added up. One other thing we noticed was the beach chairs pictured are not the beach chairs the resort provided, somewhat misleading, but we were able to reserve chairs regardless, which was nice. Overall, it was a nice quick getaway for my wife and I and we got the relaxing weekend we were looking for. I would recommend, but hope the owner is more mindful of some of the cleanliness issues for future guests.

Nice Stay

Overall our stay was nice, manager was friendly and helpful. Be aware the second bedroom has no door or tv and is tiny, my kids ended up on the pull out couch. That wasn’t ideal but they were fine. The view is great- the patio area could use some updating (just a personal preference)…. The resort was nice and in a great location. The market has dark windows so appears closed, but it wasn’t! They have some useful items and food options…. Our arm bands were never checked and there were some extremely intoxicated people who had snuck in from neighboring resorts. I wish they would focus more on that and less on kids tossing a ball around in the pool…it was just petty. You could also have a tube in the pool but no boogie board..mmmmmmk. Elevators were surprisingly quick most days/ except when the fire alarm went off and they shut them down completely (being on the 14th floor needing to go down made that a little inconvenient)…overall I’d recommend it- absolutely loved the location of the resort.

Nice location and condo was really clean and up-to-date. We had a perfect view for the fireworks on the pier for the 4th of July!! We will be staying here again.

Nice beach front condo 🏖️

We arrived at the property and parked in the parking deck, there is a sky bridge which is convenient for crossing the street with luggage , we were able to go directly to the unit and not have to check in at the desk; the room was very neat a clean! Cute beach décor throughout the condo. The balcony was nice and inviting with great views of the pier, which is located very close by. The beds were super comfy and plush! Has a nice large master bath. Just very relaxing all together in the room, and it’s in a great location to popular restaurants and activities! Would book again. The owners are very easy to talk to and helpful.

I loved everything about Condo1410 at Aqua Resort PCB—both times I visited. The view, the comfort of the condo, the extensive extras including beach chairs! I packed only personal items as everything else needed for my week-long stay was provided. Larry and Rebecca Roy (owners) are absolutely delightful humans; they are the epitome of southern hospitality. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Great Location and VIEW

The condo was wonderful, just as described in listing. Great location, close to everything. Beachfront, with wonderful views. The beach chair setups that came with rental was a nice perk! Just one thing, the small room with a bed did not have a TV, it would have been nice for my son to have a TV in that room, but it did not destract from a wonderful week at Aqua Resort!!!! Would stay again.

July 4th vacation

We stayed in this condo for the week of July 4th and it was amazing. The location is wonderful and the resort was beautiful. Larry is amazing to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to book with them again!!

Excellent condo at great property

I have stayed at many condos at Aqua over the years and this was the nicest by far. More recently updated than most, beautifully furnished, and had everything my boyfriend and I needed. The owner contacted me via email as soon as I booked and then again a few weeks before our stay with door, gate codes, and other instructions. Super friendly and eager to accommodate. I highly recommend this condo!

Absolutely Perfect!

Thank you so much! My husband and I have not been away together on vacation for many years due caring for an elderly parent. We were so happy when we walked into the condo! Everything was absolutely perfect! We recently had to sell our condo in Pompano Beach that was in the family for many years and was not sure about staying somewhere else. The condo was decorated with a beautiful calming beach feel and the balcony view could not get any better! You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay!
