Newly renovated! This is a beautiful 1 bedroom, [NEW KING SIZE BED] 1 bath condo in the heart of Destin and Holiday Isle, this unit also has bunk beds and a pull out sofa sleeping a total of 6! FREE BEACH SETUP, 2 CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA, Located in Sandpiper Cove, tons of amenities- huge private beach with Tiki Hut. Marina, boat ramp, canal and docks for Boaters, private canal is steps from the front door of the condo. Par 3 golf course, 5 pools, 2 hot tubs. Two heated pools! Pickleball courts! The nice upscale Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant is on site. The destin water taxi can pick you up on site and take you to any of the locations on the "Destin Harbor" where you can find tons of entertainment as well as restaurants and bars! This unit has a large , fully functional and stocked kitchen and King size bed. Washer and Dryer. New bed and coastal decor, just renovated! Nice private porch over looks the golf course. Boaters dream!!

Nick's first trip to Florida.

Wonderful visit. No complaints whatsoever! Condo was recently remodeled and spotless! Large bed was wonderful for sleeping. For a single guest like me, bunk bed area provided extra room for storing my gear and a great place to get dressed. Unlike rentals in other places, my internet connection worked perfectly and I enjoyed great TV at night. A gym located in the next block accepted day passes and provided a complete workout during my visit. The beach and harbor boardwalk area were fun to stroll and take photos. I enjoyed great seafood at nearby restaurants, including the one that was located on our property. I had a great time and I want to visit again!

Relaxing Honey/Babymoon

This rental was one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed in. Everything was in great condition and fresh clean laundry. The bed was AMAZING!!!!!! I am 7 months pregnant and all my back pain went away due to that bed!! I would want to stay here every time I go. Due to the timing of our dates, we did not get to take advantage of the included beach set up, but regardless, the beach was amazing and private. Location is super close to just about everything from excursions, restaurants and stores. We cant wait to come back and take the kids!!!

Great Getaway

Perfect place in Sandpiper Cove. Lindsay had everything ready and it was great for our nice getaway. Beach service was great and we spent most of our time under the umbrella!

Wonderful Property

Very up to date property and clean. Just a ten minute walk to the beach and no worries of always having two chairs and an umbrella waiting.

Amazing condo!!

We absolutely LOVE staying at this condo when we go to Destin. We love Sandpiper Cove and have stayed in many different condos here, but this one is our absolute favorite! This condo is clean and has everything you need to have a wonderful stay! This condo is close to the pool and has a wonderful deck overlooking the golf course. Our son loved the bunk beds and the king bed in the master bedroom is super comfortable. We have booked this condo two years in a row and already have it booked for next year!

Super clean, great complex, convenient location and beach umbrella/chair service!

Stayed here with my husband, 6y, 3y, and infant. Super easy to check in, had hangers plus an oversized nightstand with drawers which worked perfect and unpack the kiddos for the week. Loved that we had use of beach chairs & umbrella- everyone at the condo (front gate) and beach service was super nice. We drove across the street (didn’t want to haul three kids) but there was always available parking. Checked out 3 of the property’s pools (kids loved the main one the best :). Would definitely stay here again! According to my 6 y “it’s smaller than our house but it has pools and has absolutely everything we need… except a toaster” (don’t worry, we easily toasted her bagel on a frying pan stovetop!)

Excellent!

Our family loved this unit! Lindsay was incredible every step of the way. It was perfect for our little family of 4. The kids loved having their own tvs in their bunks, my wife and I loved sitting on the back balcony sipping coffee. It's a little hike to the beach but oh my gosh it is totally worth it! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much Lindsay for having us!

Family Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time!! The property was just as described and looked exactly like the pictures. The check-in process was so easy and it is located in the perfect centalized location in Destin!! We loved the chair and umbrella set up on the beach and took advantage of it every chance we got! The ability to walk out the door and golf anytime was also a great bonus! We loved everything and will definitely comeback and stay again! Thank you so much for making our daughter's first trip to the beach a memorable one!!

Worth the Rate

I see why it has 5 stars. We’ve stayed at a different place pretty much every year of our marriage, and this may be the place that gets a return visit. If you’re not picky about “ocean view,” this condo is really worth the ratings. We loved the walk but it took a minute to find our way. Elderly and children would not like it, so drive to beach if that’s you (it’s probably a 60-second drive). One bathroom for more than 3 people would probably be tough, so heads up. Tiki bar is cash only, but it’s amazing so hit up an atm and prepare for a good time. Thanks for the chairs and umbrella! Relaxing from start to finish.

Fantastic stay!

We loved staying here! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. My husband loved the golf course and the kids loved the swimming pools! We tried out 3 different ones. The first day we walked to the beach and quickly discovered it was much faster and simpler to drive. Everything was as described in the listing. We really enjoyed it and will be back!

Fantastic Place!

My family of four stayed here for a week in June and it was the best place we have ever stayed! My daughter is 14 and son 11 and they loved the bunk beds - they each had their own TV so there was no fighting. Both the bunk beds and the king bed in the bedroom were very comfortable. I loved that there was a washer and dryer so I could wash towels; I also was able to wash our clothes so we came home with very little dirty laundry. We watched fireworks from the front porch and hung out on the back patio/balcony. One of the best parts for us was having the beach chairs and umbrella provided at the beach. All of the beach attendants were super nice and helpful. We drove across the street and parked in a gated lot and walked down to the beach from there. The beach is BEAUTIFUL!! The condo is in the back of the complex, which is great because the buildings are more spread out and quiet - we had neighbors below us but we never heard them. The patio had hooks on the wall so you could hang your towels and bathing suits out there to dry and there is a shower/hose at the base of the stairs so you can wash the sand off before going inside. I can't say enough good things about our stay at the Duck's Roost. Everything was really perfect for us and we're already talking about going back!

Duck's Roost

Great place to stay!

Everything is as it says in the listing. The check in/check out process was simple. There’s a view of the golf course. The king sized bed was comfy. We love sandpiper cove and would stay in this rental again.

Fall Break Get Away

Great condo! All the comforts you need! Quiet section of the complex but near all the amenities! We’ve stayed at several condos and this was our favorite by far.

What a beautiful place to stay

The accommodations were excellent, extremely clean. Our granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed the bunk beds. We have stayed at Sandpiper 5x and this was the best overall. The ice maker worked fast and was nice to not have to continually fetch ice for the day cooler

Perfect Beach Getaway

Duck’s Roost was absolutely perfect for our small family. Having the beach chair/umbrella access at the beach made going to the beach so easy. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I grew up coming to Sandpiper Cove as a child and this was a perfect way to share the experience with my family. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful condo!!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was very clean, modern and updated. I have stayed in many different condos in Sandpiper Cove, and this has been my favorite! We loved the beach chair and umbrella service, and we loved how the condo was decorated. It was super cute! The kitchen had everything that we needed and more. The owner is very quick to respond to messages. We loved it so much that we have already booked our trip in the same condo for next year!
