Very comfortable home in South Seaside provides 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, formal dining and living room, kitchen with breakfast nook, large family room with home theater system with large flat screen TV, VCR, DVD and Foosball. The formal style living room includes a gas fireplace. (Fireplace not available for use as of 3/17/23) The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, utensils, cookware, microwave. The back patio just off the den is private with BBQ (gas or charcoal use) and outdoor furniture. The main bathroom has a tub shower combo. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood near golf, the beach and Cove with grocery and restaurants nearby. Be sure to scroll down to see all the interior photos. Parking for 2 cars. MUST BE 25 TO RENT PROPERTY.

Basketball Tournament Weekend

We were looking for a house close to the tournament. We were gone most of the time, just needed a place to sleep. The house as a whole was good. Had everything we needed. The decor was eclectic, and made for some interesting conversations with our teenage boys. My only suggestions would be to remove the decorative masks in the King bedroom. These didn't bother me as I grew up at a time tha similar masks were all over my friends rooms. But one of our teens was pretty unsettled by them. Even though he didn't sleep in that room, he slept with the lights on. The closet from the entry way into the bedroom was odd as well. The back bedroom with nautical decor was rather cold. Our other teen had to grab extra blankets the 2nd night. The foosball table was a major hit! We played that several times. Although the back room that was closed off, also sent some alarm bells off for our teens. The house itself had what we needed l, with a couple of quirks that could be easily updated/fixed to make for a more relaxed and enjoyable stay.

November seaside getaway

We stayed for a month at this spacious house in a quiet neighborhood near the beach in Seaside. Dog freindly. The house had a well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The separate entertainment room was a plus. The property manager was friendly, helpful and quick at responding when asked questions. They are a real plus. The house in November is on the dark side. A small investment in a couple of new lamps and/or higher lumen leds would improve the enjoyment of the home a lot! We will stay again sometime!

Convenient, comfortable, spacious

This rental was a pleasant surprise, very spacious and came with a ton of amenities. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness and well stocked it was. We will definitely rent this house again if its available. Lastly, my kids really enjoyed the cultured decor, well done. Thank you!

Asian Decor

The place was not as we expected. The decor was not to our liking felt uncomfortable. The ceramic painted faces on the wall and the dragon head on the living room wall.a large mural of two horse men fighting with swords. Alot of Asian pictures on the wall. We have nothing against Asian people but the decor was not warm at all. In the kitchen the pull out cutting board on the side was gross. not good cooking utensils lacking with a melted down spatula. We would not rent again. Alot of open glass windows especially on the front door. people looking in and also in the kitchen eating area no blinds. A house behind the regular house which made us feel uncomfortable. In18 years of renting home at Seaside this was the worst. The 2 back bedrooms' was no heat. was cold.

Excellent stay

We had a great stay, the home is a little dated but was fine, the beds were very comfy, there is also one full bath as well as a half bath, it is close to the beach and not too many people on this part of the beach, there is also a very long walking mat that gets you over the soft sand and is ideal for wheel chairs, the three close by restaurants were great on Avenue U, we found them great so didn't go to the main restaurants on Broadway as they are a lot busier, we will definately stay here again.

Older and outdated

Landscaping needs work, including backyard patio. Backyard patio tiles crumbling. No cable but a roku box. Unless you have app access, you have no tv entertainment. Laundry facility was good, soap provided. Bath towels good. Beds older,. Queen bed loud when you toss or turn. We encountered dog feces in the yard which we never should have encounter upon our arrival. We stayed here for 4 days, but we wouldnt stay again. .

Location not accurate!

The location on the map for this property looks like it’s close to the main strip but it’s not. Just like most others in this price range, looks like it could use a little love. The oven was disappointing, had to turn it up to 550 just to get to what seemed like 400 and made cooking anything a gamble. The biggest dealbreaker for us not staying here again though is the distance from the strip. I did not plan on the whole family walking 1.1mi each way every time we wanted to go down there - that was an unfortunate surprise.

Family Getaway

I loved this house. One of my favorite features was how spacious it was. Excellent location. I also love that the home welcomes pets. Our family enjoyed our time and Seaside is one of our favorite places to stay. This home was definitely not a disappointment! Hope to enjoy it again.

Beach house

Was a nice neighborhood, great location near the beach. The house could use some updating, maybe some fans in case it gets hot, tvs in more than 2 rooms, and the doors to back yard need some tlc. But other than that we enjoyed our stay. Would have been much better with tvs and fans

Great Location

The location is great. I highly recommend it if you have a bicycle. It is a short distance from the Promanade but a drive or a bike ride to the shops and dining. There is beach access within a 2 minute walk. We took advantage of this several times a day. We loved the spacious family area, TV room, and Dining Room to have meals with our family and sit and visit. The beds were comfortable, the property was clean. We took advantage of the courtyard and the grill. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for making this property available to us!

Great Location and Price

I wouldn't give it a negative review because the location and price were great, but it wasn't very clean. There were spider webs on the ceilings and the kitchen and its provided dishes/utensils and surfaces weren't very clean. The property is dated for sure, but it was almost charming (like staying at your grandmother's house). We had to pen all of the doors and windows upon arrival to air out the smell though - it was just a musty old smell, but by the 2nd day it was fine. If this property was shown a bit of love and a deep clean (make the yard usable too?) it would be outstanding.

Overall Pretty Good

Pros: The house is in a great location, close to beach, and a great spot to hike Tillamook Head, walk Prominade, or explore the town. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The family room is private and someone could watch TV or work at the desk while others hang out in the large living room or dining room are spaced out. The management company was easy to reach, friendly, and communicated. Cons: I wish the listing had been more clear that the garage was not included but good off street parking so cars were safe. The house could use a little updating but feels beachy and oddly Oregon. Good size home, but would be nice to have a second shower if you bring the family.

Great location

We stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. We arrived early and the manager let us in immediately after we called. Pros: It's a nice and cozy house with enough room/beds for the five of us. We had everything we need -- linens, cooking tools, tissues, even shampoo, and soaps. Very close to the beach and there are many restaurants nearby. No extra fees except those listed at the time of booking. Cons: The house is kind of outdated, especially the kitchen, the electric stoves are not completely leveled so they made it a bit hard to cook. The sheet on one of the beds had a weird smell.

Weekend getaway

The house wasn't anything fancy. It was perfect for a good night sleep and hanging out when we weren't exploring the rest of the town. Neighborhood is quiet and really close to the beach. One minor issue we had were the outlets in the bedrooms were pretty dated and it made it difficult to plug chargers in at night. It was easy to check in and out.

DATED BEACH HOME

House is very dated. Previous renters concerns had not been met. Bathroom was awful, cutesy doggie print shower curtain missing hooks and needs replaced. Shower still not draining therefore only used once in four days. Close enough to town for us and very close to beach. King bed met our expectations. Probably wouldn’t rent again. Insulting that an envelope for a tip request left by cleaner. We paid a cleaning up front. We wouldn’t classify this home as premier host. We are avid VRBO renters for years and this isn’t up to our standards for the money.

Large home, great area

What a great home. While there are a few things in the home that need to be fixed (see below) the home was great for my family of 5, giving us each a bed to sleep in and room to spread out. This home is on the south end of Seaside, about 1 mile down the prom from downtown. I enjoyed the quiet of the area and would stay again. Areas for improvement: (1) the king size bed needs replaced. You can look at the bed and see the ‘divots’ where people sleep. It’s also rock hard. (2) The shower drains so slow! You better be fast, because you’ll be standing in ankle deep water soon (3) the right side of the fridge door does not want to stay closed. These 3 things would not prevent me from staying again, but are some small things to think about.

Mixed Review

Very spacious home. Quiet neighborhood. Home not well kept and in disrepair. The rental site showed the house as being a few blocks from downtown. It was actually at the furthest point south of town which was a major disappointment for us as we where vacationing with elderly parents. We would not rent this house again.
