Perfect family home in Sunset Beach near the ocean, Fort to Sea Trail, Sunset Lake and the Beach.  Not in the city, not in the country, but situated between Sunset Lake and Sunset Beach on close to 1/2 acre, this warm inviting house has vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace for those balmy summer nights. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, open floor plan, deck with picnic table and gas BBQ which is accessed from either the living room sliding doors, or the master bedroom, you won't want to leave this beautiful home.  The spacious living room has a large flat screen tv and ceiling fans. The Master Suite has a King Bed, walk in shower and sliding doors that lead to the spacious back deck. There is a fully stocked kitchen complete with dishwasher and dining for 8 at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar.  The second and 3rd bedrooms have Queen beds and the 4th has a Queen and twin bunk beds.  The yard is like your own private park with volleyball/badminton net, horseshoe pit, a cabinet with different lawn toys, another picnic table and some benches. There is a deer feeder on the property as well so, if you're lucky you can take in some wildlife while relaxing on the deck.  Just a short 8 minute walk to the beach, or a short drive to Seaside or Astoria, this perfect family retreat has something for everyone.  The adorable wood bear carvings will be sure to delight the kids, too! Up to 3 dogs OK with permission and $75 pet fee per pet.

Great place to stay. Only downfall is all of the rooms did not have functional screens on the windows meaning they couldn’t be left open over night and so the rooms did get warm at night. A few extra fans and better screens on the windows would have made the stay top-notch.

It was a very nice property with a large yard which we appreciated. The rooms were spacious and clean. We did have to leave a bag of garbage this morning after the garbage had already been picked up because we had not finished cleaning the fridge out. And the grease trap on the barbecue was fallen overflowing. But overall, it’s a very excellent property. The back sliding door on the master bedroom will not lock. It seems to be broken. But it has a board you can put in it. We definitely would rent this again and we would recommend it to others. Overall, it’s definitely an excellent property! The barbecue on the deck doesn’t need a little work.

Fort Stevens trip

Nice house lovely area close to where the rest of our family was camping in fort stevens my only complaint is that i wish the animal hair was taken care of better

Pleased with our stay

We enjoyed the house. Fit everyone very well. An ocean view would have been nice for the price, but it was very close to the ocean. Loved the visitors of the deer in the mornings. Thank you for sharing your home

Great beach house!

This house was very nice. Plenty of room for our family and everything we needed for our stay. We had a great time! It’s walking distance to the beach. Which was very convenient.

Great vacation spot

Perfect house for a cozy stay by the beach. The house was clean and felt close to the city but like a little oasis near the beach. The house has all of the things you'd need in a kitchen and plenty of space. Check in was easy and the management company responsive. I would highly recommend!

We will be back!

Loved the property. It had all the amenities and was well located. Enjoyed the yard decorations and we were visited by five deer in the park area out front the first morning.

Getaway at the beach

We had a great time while staying here. We were there to go to our granddaughter’s softball tournament which was being held in Warrenton. Enjoyed the outdoor area a lot. The only negative thing we noticed was that the carpets needed to be replaced.

Excellent location, really nice owners

We walked into the property and there was a small issue with one of the bathrooms. Well lucky for us we met the owner and he was so kind to come fix it right away. He got a basketball out for my son to play with and was very kind. Overall it was a really lovely stay and this property is a short walk to a beautiful beach. We would recommend it to others.

Family Beach Vacation

The property management contact was great. The unit was as advertised. The BBQ worked great. Could have used more plates and silverware. The washer and dryer worked well. The TV channels available were very limited. Great space for 9 family members.
