There is a group of 6 of us who return here almost every year. We love this house, it is perfect for us. Great location, good layout and clean. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it.

Enjoyed our stay! Home was very clean, comfortable and plenty of space for my family. Great location too! Enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, enjoying the mountain views and nearby restaurants.

Great Neighborhood for evening walks and close to downtown. Loved the pool and outdoor area. That is what Palm Springs is all about.

We had a wonderful time at this well-appointed home in a truly fabulous neighborhood! The spaces are huge and perfect for hanging out with friends and family. Everything was clean and communication was prompt and friendly with the host and property manager. We can't wait to come back! :)

Wonderful place to stay

This place was absolutely perfect for 3 couples. From the private ensuite for each bedroom, to the amazing pool area, this place has it all. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Love this place

We have stayed here multiple times for our annual girlfriends reunion. It is our very favorite place to stay and have been to many other places. Great location, very clean and Paul is the perfect host.

Love this place

We are a group of six long time friends that get together every year in Palm Springs. We have stayed at this house five or six time. We absolutely love it and stay whenever it is available we highly recommend it.

Great hone

This is our 5th time staying at this wonderful place. It is our annual friends trip and anytime it is available we always book it. We have stayed in many places in PS and this is our favorite.

Amazing House - Great Location!

Our group loved Paul and Karen's house - perfect walking distance from downtown and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The rooms were HUGE and comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed as well. Overall, great place for a Palm Springs stay!

This home is a classic, comfortable place to stay. It’s very spacious and has lots of nooks throughout the home and yard to relax. We have family in PS and will stay here again. 👍

Exactly what we needed for our family of 5. Fred was wonderful and met us at the property and was very responsive during the stay. We loved this and if I could give it 10 stars I would!!

Desert Christmas

The three suites allowed all of us lovely spaces for quiet and the large central area a place to gather. All of us loved the heated pool and hot tub!

Thanksgiving in Palm Springs

Lovely place, bigger than we expected. Good communication with Fred, the property manager. Wish I could have enjoyed it more, but I had to spend part of the time away, unexpectedly. We had a great Thanksgiving dinner and the rest of the family loved the place.

Palm Springs vacation.

What a great house!! Lots of room for entertaining and well equipped with all the essentials. The bedrooms were roomy with a bathroom in each. Wonderful backyard with lots of areas to sit and lounge. Management was very attentive and helpful. We will return when we come to Palm Springs again.

Favorite Palm Springs Paradise

This is our second year renting this perfect home. It is in the most ideal location in Palm Springs -walking distance to everything that we love. The neighborhood is gorgeous and the house is perfectly appointed. Huge bedrooms with en suite bathrooms along with a kitchen that has everything you need to entertain or just hang out. We will be returning again.

Idyllic Palm Springs Hideaway

We had 3 teenagers and 3 adults stay for four days and it could not have been a better location. The house is gorgeous- the photos don’t do it justice. Huge bright entry that looks onto a fabulous pool area with two sitting areas and one w large flat screen TV. The bedrooms were huge and comfortable and the location was amazing- we walked in and out of town every day and never needed our car in Palm Springs!!!!
