This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse, corner unit condo sleeps 6 with two king beds and a queen sleeper sofa. **New paint throughout and new flooring in kitchen, living room, and bathrooms.** It features slope views from the private balcony and vaulted ceilings. Premium linens throughout. Top floor, corner unit location ensures a quiet stay. Centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a Smart TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. Enjoy the cozy sectional that includes a queen-sized, memory foam sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. Unique stair-step windows provide natural light and slope views. The private balcony is just off the main living area and features slope views to the south.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six around a beautiful wood table. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary suite features a new king-sized top rated memory gel bed (2021 model) and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV. Both bedrooms offer mountain and slope views.

Great place for two adult couples with 2 king beds!

Convenient location near the gondola. Great pool and hot tubs. The best part is 2 king beds and two full baths. It’s a bit crammed full of furniture. But overall we loved it. This was our second trip back.

Really nice top floor condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great space, larger than many. The beds were very comfortable and we had a lovely stay. Dakota lodge is well located.Our only issue was the elevator, only one and very busy, and apparently (i was told by another guest) the algorithm prioritizes those id watch it go up and down multiple times. Just a long walk to the 5th floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cozy two bedroom two bath. Loved having two king beds for adults stay. Couple things that I would suggest. The kitchen table is entirely too big for that area. The end seats are blocked by a wood slat so you can’t sit comfortably. Also, there should be a stepstool handy. Everything is so high in the kitchen, and for me being 5’3”, I could not get into the cupboards without a chair. Dishwasher stopped working the last day. Elevator is awful. We used the stairs a lot when we could.

Holiday Ski Stay in River Run Village

The layout and the space are very good for a midsize family. The Dercum Square location is nearly perfect for a Keystone trip: proximity to lifts, dining, and shuttles are great features. We also appreciated the heated underground parking onsite. Beds were comfortable and two kings is a great feature. The unit stayed cold in one of the bedrooms, so I'd plan accordingly on that.

Perfect apartment for a family trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. My only issue was that the elevator wasn't working consistently, and being on the 5th floor, getting luggage up and down was a real drag. Even when it was working we had to wait for a loooong time to use it, being the only elevator for the entire building. They should consider installing a second elevator somewhere. But aside from that everything was great. Really nice pool / hot tub area.

Nice condo - unfortunate construction noise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice unit, with is a great view of the mountain. We stayed here previously in years past, and have enjoyed its proximity to River Run. Unfortunately, now there is a condo building being built directly across from the main windows and balcony, roughly 100 feet away.. nail guns, concrete trucks, a vacuum truck...the noise was very loud each morning. We had no idea about this construction so close, which is in addition to the huge Kindred complex being built at the base of the gondola. This will end at some point, but it was bad timing for us.

Great location but elevator was out of service

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, room was in good shape but not having the elevator working for the entire week was a major downfall for our family of 5. Luggage, groceries and every day in/out was a chore for us and our young kids because we were on the 5th floor. We were notified in advance it was out of service, but I expected someone to be working on them. We did not see any maintenance during our stay and were told the HOA was aware they needed fixed.

Elevator and wifi not working.

Elevator was out of service with no warning prior to our arrival. Having 4 adults over the age of 55 carrying luggage up 5 flights of stairs was not easy at 9200 feet. We did get a text the day after saying the elevator was not working ugh! I realize this is not the condo owners' fault. The condo was clean and very nice but none of us could get wifi from the password that was given to us.
