This stunning, waterfront condo is located in the prestigious Aqua resort in Panama City Beach. A well-equipped kitchen, upscale living room, and private balcony make this a true home away from home. The full kitchen flows into the formal dining room, just as the formal dining room flows into the spacious living area. A beautiful, community space, this living area has two large sofas and a cable-equipped, TV. Just outside is your spacious, shaded balcony, complete with a table and chairs so that everyone can have a perfect view of the Gulf. You can even spot the famous Russell Fields Pier from here! Guests will also enjoy access to a variety of on-site amenities including a shared indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, and a fitness room.

This home is just a short stroll from the Russell Fields Pier, the longest pier on the Gulf! This popular tourist attraction jets 1,500 feet into the water, and rumor has it that the fishing is fantastic from the very end of the pier! Pier Park is a popular shopping center with a number of excellent restaurants, and there is always some kind of live music or entertainment going on there throughout the year.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful Stay!!

Aqua is beautiful and very accommodating. Our condo was beautiful and the most comfortable beds I've stayed in while coming here every year for many years. We very much would stay here again!!

Great price for a great stay

Everything was wonderful. Staff was super friendly, the pool is incredible, the beach was right there and the house was clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a great beach stay.

Great location! Lots of room!

The property and rental itself were great! However my daughter left her AirPods and backpack on the top bunk and realized it right after we left. I called immediately ready to pay to have them shipped. Never heard back, then called the next day, then a week later to be told they weren’t found 😓

Nasty

After staying in this rental unit I’m over staying at short term rental properties. Next door is a brand new Hyatt hotel and they were only $200 more for the same 8 days we stayed. And they also offer free breakfast and other amenities. But the main issues we had was how nasty the entire room was. At least vacasa brought us a new coffee pot but after seeing what was coming out of the old one, I was disgusted to use anything else in the room. Here is a list everything we found or had problems with. 1. Upon arrival we were standing in freezing rain and the code to the door didn’t work. We then had to wait for someone from aqua to call us with a master code to open the door. 2. The couches are completely worn out. 3. TVs in all bedrooms have multiple remotes and almost all of them are missing batteries and the backing to them. 4. Floors are covered in sand and our feet are black from dirt 5. Sand on the kitchen counter tops 6. Appliances have seen better days and the coffee pot shot out a bunch of white and black flakes in the coffee. 7. The washer had so much mold inside it that I didn’t dare use it 8. We all found numerous bugs crawling across the kitchen, bathroom floors and inside a kitchen drawer. 9. Hair in the showers 10. Master bed sheets have yellow stains 11. The ice maker was so full of ice it didn’t work so I pulled it out to clean it and found hair inside the tray. 12. The pools and hot tub were down for remodeling so we basically had no amenity with the room, I get that it’s the off season but still. We paid a lot of money for a room for what seemed like we’re staying at a motel 6. I recommend staying at the Wyndham or Hyatt hotel to anyone looking to vacation in PCB. They’re new, competitive pricing, and have amenities that these short rentals do not offer. I would have booked a room next door if I would have been able to get my money back from this unit.

Aqua staff was rude because we did not book through them. They were not helpful at all.

We loved the view, weather was perfect and enjoyed every bit of it.. Aqua was upset because we did not book through them. So staff was rude. But Vacasa was great !

Beautiful view, great location, but improvements needed.

My family and I enjoyed our stay for New Years weekend; however, there were a few things that was less than impressive. First, was the verification process which I have never had to deal with before. I had to stay on the phone with an agent for quite some time answering questions the day we were checking in. Once we made it to the room, within 5 minutes of walking through the door, I received a text asking about the cleanliness of the condo. From what I had saw at that point, I gave a review of 5: however, as soon as we were settled we realized the couches are nothing short of needing to be replaced. The TVs/cable service was mediocre. The WiFi on the TVs did not work and so we were unable to utilize streaming services, which is absolutely the most popular means of viewing in todays world, especially with children. The floors appeared clean until we took our shoes off and they were disgusting. There was dirt and grime throughout. We could not walk around without shoes on. On the other hand, beds and linens were as clean and comfortable as one could ask for and appliances were nice and clean.

Gorgeous Views, Beautiful apartment but …

First and foremost: THE VIEW! 1604 sits dead center of the building and provides an unobstructed view of the ocean. It’s also high enough that you can enjoy your morning coffee to the sound of the ocean and not the sounds of the pool goers. The unit itself is tastefully decorated, the bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are well equipped. (The water pressure is *amazing* and a surprise for a building this large). The kitchen is well equipped with every appliance you can imagine and we were happy to see both a Keurig and traditional coffee pot for our choosing. The bedrooms have nice linens and tons of extra pillows in the closet, but no extra pillowcases so it made them unusable. The only downside we found to this unit has nothing to do with the unit itself; it was grungy. Whoever is responsible for housekeeping needs to be retrained. After 5 minutes of moving our stuff into the unit our feet were black with grime off the floor. The furniture, while stylish and modern, looks to have seen better days. Lots of scuff marks, nicks, dents, etc. Which is totally understandable for a vacation rental but probably would be less noticeable if the unit had been scrubbed down properly. (Vacasa did reach out to us to make sure the unit was up to par, but after a long journey the last thing I wanted was more people underfoot to clean the floors, so we did it ourselves) Oh, this unit also does not come with *any* pool or beach towels; beach chairs, etc. Make sure you bring some from home! All in all, we’d definitely book this unit again, dirty floors and all, the view and the resort itself are unbeatable!

Overall ok but some issues

The overall stay was fine. Good experience but the shower curtain had mold.. One of the televisions in the bedroom did not work. Maintenance was called several times but no one ever came. Overall 7/10

4-11 June 2022 PCB Vacation

Best feature was the very large open livingroom/dining/kitchen space! Great for a large group. Everything you needed in the kitchen and more. Beds very comfortable. Equipped very well and decorated well. View from balcony was beautiful! Only a couple of cons: Balcony was molded and husband and to scrub it. Couch/loveseat material is Not good and looked a bit dingey and not good for anyone that may have damp swimsuit on.

It was very clean, spacious, and comfy. Loved the beautiful ocean view. Would definitely stay here again. We did have a little trouble with the parking process, but once we asked around it was all good.

Great place for last minute

We came down to PCB for our son's basketball tournament . This condo was awesome! Alot of room with a great view of the ocean. The reason for the 3 stars for cleanliness: I do recommend that the floors should be cleaned after every stay. The bottom of my feet on the first night was black. The bathroom doors was very dirty. Other than that we had a good time!

Great place!!

Loved the room, it was clean and very nice, great view the place we rented through called twice to make sure everything was fine and we had no problems, once before we headed down and once after we had been there. Lots of great places in walking distance to eat and shop.
