Great location. Property was clean and well appointed. Parking in the building was not ideal with only 4 floors for the entire building. Pool and BBQ area were also great. Short walk to beach. Would rent again.

Long Weekend

Property & condo were very nice overall. Did discover what appears to be an old leak with the pipe for the kitchen sink. There was a container placed there to catch the drip & it did not appear to be recent. Had to continually empty out kitchen sink container. Also, for a condo that sleeps10+ people, there was 1 large pot. If I had planned on actually cooking for 10 , I couldn’t have. Need to have more pots stocked and there were no baking sheets— had to use a broiler pan and cook in small batches just for biscuits. Also, only 1set of extra sheets for 2 pull out sofa beds. No extra blankets anywhere in the condo. Requested some from front desk & were told we would get it the next day, but we never got them. We loved the space and location. Property was well maintained. Condo is in need of some touch up paint etc. would definitely rent again at Phoenix 9 & loved the very short walk to the beach & extended deck. Overall, very enjoyable stay.

Had a great time

New feeling, clean, feels bigger than it is, great quiet building. We would definitely go back.
