River Mountain Lodge Upper Flume Condo is the premier 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse River Mountain Lodge condo that’s the perfect vacation spot for families or groups of up to 7 people. Inside, the spacious living area and attached dining area provide an open concept feel that capitalizes on the superb views of the ski area through massive floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a big flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace where you can relax after a long day of exploring the mountains or historic downtown Breckenridge and catch your favorite show or the game. Outside, lounge on the big porch and soak in the views of the ski resort and Tenmile Mountain Range while you watch the skiers coming down 4 O'Clock Run. Just off the patio is the private indoor hot tub situated in its own tile enclosure providing a relaxing and private environment to enjoy a soak.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counters and has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal for the entire family. The beautiful dining room table seats 8 and there’s room for 3 more at the breakfast counter. You’ll also enjoy the underground parking and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Location was fantastic. Right next to the main strip. Amenities were great. The beds were more firm than we like, so our sleep was not great, but that’s just a minor thing. Overall, this place was fantastic! Communication with the host was very easy. Had everything we needed!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Breckenridge. The property itself was absolutely stunning — clean, spacious, and perfectly appointed for a relaxing mountain getaway. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to everything we wanted to do in town and on the slopes.The staff and hosts were wonderful to work with as well — friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless from start to finish.We can’t wait to book our next trip here. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not up to par. I had to submit several maintenance requests. Trash and ild beer cans behind the hot tub. Windows cracked and some could not open and/or bearly close. Got locked out of the garage and had to go reset keys at the front desk. Several other small issues that made tge stay unconvient. Every issue i had to text with someone remotely. I did call and it was a third party lady working in the Phillipenes that summited request to a company.

Mountain Stay

The property is beautiful. It’s steps away from Main Street. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Just bring your own cup. The only downside was lack of hot water in the sinks. The showers had plenty of hot water. The personal hot tub was amazing! However there’s some mold on the hot tub. Cover.

It was a great location and size for our group, since we came to ski at Breck! The only issue we had was the parking, since the rental allowed just one vehicle and we had 3 vehicles.

Great stay - minutes from downtown

My now-husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We got married in Breckenridge and took some getting-ready photos here that will be truly beautiful. The location to downtown can't be beat - we were less than a five minute walk from the main road. However, check-in was a bit messy. Because you're renting through a third-party, communication was a bit hairy. We would ask the representative at the front desk something and they wouldn't be able to answer because the unit was rented through a different company and it was sometimes unclear which number we should call/text to speak with someone. If I were to stay here again, I would either go through Summit Rental directly or River Mountain Lodge (where the property was located). Using VRBO added another level of communication that made everything more complicated in the end. That being said, we loved our stay and, if we're ever in the area again, we would certainly consider staying here.

Our stay within your property was wonderful. As soon as we opened the door, we knew we had chosen the correct place. It was as it was pictured on the VRBO website. Everything the beds the room placement all of it was just as described. The one thing that stood out the most for me was the cleanliness. I have anxiety pertaining to cleanliness when I am on vacation, and this lived up to my expectations. I was able to walk without socks on and that is something I never do. It is beautifully decorated, and the price was very affordable for this time of year. It was very easy to find and check in was very easy. We are usually in the area every couple of years I hope it is still on the market to reserve. Thank you for reducing some of my anxiety and allowing me to actually relax knowing I was in a clean comfortable place. Also, the hot tub was amazing, and we utilized the fireplace. Thank you I hope we left it with no issues we tried to keep it as we found it!
