This sunny second-floor, two-story condo at a popular garden complex - provides a quiet, romantic setting in the heart of Provincetown. Conveniently located behind the historic Town Hall just below the awe-inspiring Pilgrims Monument. This comfortable, upscale unit is just one block away from delightful shops, restaurants, cocktail lounges, theaters, art galleries, cabaret shows, and more!

Dorian Gray is kept pristinely clean, beautifully decorated, and comes with many wonderful amenities:
• covered porch entrance with wood bench overlooking the serene Bas Relief Park.
• cozy living room complete with 22' flat screen LED Smart TV, couch, coffee table, two-person breakfast nook, and gas fireplace.
• freshly renovated and fully furnished kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffeemaker and new pots and pans.
• elegant full bath including shower stall with multi-setting turbo shower head and hair dryer. 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels provided. Please bring your own if more is needed.
• private loft bedroom with king-size Swedish Tempur-Pedic bed, 4 king size firm memory foam pillows, 42' flat screen LED Smart TV, Bose soundbar Bluetooth speaker for music, spacious wardrobe closet, half-moon window, and large skylight. 1 set of sheets are provided, please bring your own if more is needed.

Bookings for Bear Week and Carnival Week are an additional charge.

You cannot do better than this cozy home located near the Pilgrim Monument. Though meant for 2 guests, I traveled solo and found everything here to be perfect. The host, Jerry, is easy to communicate with and he leaves detailed information for just about everything you need to be happy on vacation. The place is centrally situated, very clean and thoroughly comfortable. My highest recommendation; I hope to return here next year.

I stayed at the Dorian Gray and the unit was fantastic. Location was wonderful. It had been appointed very well and had everything I needed for the week. Jerry was very accessible and communicative, and I would absolutely consider staying there again when I’m Ptown!

We rented this unit before but the fee was much less than it was this time. I think the condo is too small for the rental cost. Maybe if it was twice the size, it would be worth it.

Very cute place in a great location. It’s small, but ideally set up. It’s perfect for a couple or someone traveling alone. It’s just a short block from Commercial Street, giving you quick access, but quiet from the crowds. The outdoor setting is a beautiful courtyard shared with others. Parking is a little out of the way and up a steep hill, but not a problem. The host always answered any questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again. .

excellent communication with host, clean and comfortable apartment, beautiful surroundings and views from windows, very safe, free parking pass, location in middle of town off quiet street. Garden on property lovely, outdoor seating, bike racks, really comfortable bed!!

The location is the only good thing about this place. The carpet is probably 40 years old & it is very dingy; same with the very old futon cover. There is a large sky-light that makes it impossible to darken the room. The pillows were hard & I ended up using a rolled-up towel. The hand-held part of the shower just dangles, so it’s impossible to shower hands-free. Also, there are many stairs to navigate, which was difficult with a heavy suitcase. I will not be staying here again.

I give all my guests my cell and you could have texted or called regarding any of your concerns but never did. I have a property manager that lives a block away to assist in any situation needed. The carpet is shampooed monthly and there are 3 futon covers that are rotated and washed per stay. There are 4 king size Tempur-pedic pillows which match the king size bed. I've gotten various positive reviews regarding their comfort. The hand held shower was newly installed this year and has a suction cup wall holder. I personally inspect the condo monthly and nothing was "dangling" when inspected early May. Regarding the stairs, the first sentence in my listing states "sunny second-floor, two story condo". There are 2 exterior pictures showing the 16 steps leading up to the unit. I do understand my condo may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. Also my cleaning team called after your stay and expressed the unsanitary conditions you left the unit in. Therefore I do agree another place would be more to your liking and mine.

This is our third or fourth time staying with Jerry and it’s really the perfect place for us. It is super convenient to Commercial Street, but not overly loud. The park is right there if you have a small dog.

Overall everything was fine/good for a few days. Location is superb. It is very quiet place to stay right in town. Apt is a little run down but clean. Shower was great with hot water. Gas stove for heat worked. Jerry the owner was very communicative.

The Dorian condo was a great experience even before I booked. Jerry is such a good host—very communicative, generous, and super professional. My partner and I loved staying here for our honeymoon as everything in town was so close. It really is in the center of everything. Definitely will book again for the next time I visit!

The lofted apartment was adorable and the surrounding courtyard was well kept clean and friendly atmosphere. Location is excellent. Manger was friendly and very responsive and respectful. Had an excellent time and will book the Dorian Grey again next year.

Jerry was very responsive. The bed was extremely comfortable being a Tempur-pedic mattress! Loved the location and decor. The shower had awesome pressure! Water bowl and food bowl were even provided! We would stay again!

Wonderful stay!

Really enjoyed this property, very clean and the location was amazing! Close to just about everything. We loved the loft bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. We Definitely would stay again and highly recommend 😃!
