Great place to stay! Beautiful condo, well stocked with everything we needed and more. Hosts were fantastic and wonderful. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood with short walk to town. We highly recommend this rental and our hosts!

Host was pro active, communicative and helpful. The place was perfect for what I needed. Great amenities (showers a lil tricky).

Hosts were very effective communicators and did consistent follow up with us the entire 2 weeks we stayed at the property. We really loved the central location. Everything was a quick walk away. The weather actually held the first week and we were able to go to the beach and rediscover all that we hold dear from all the years we’ve been coming to P-town. It hasn’t lost its magic over the 45 years we’ve been traveling there. Would recommend the property. Very comfortable , clean and well stocked. Truly enjoyed it.

Wonderful home for a perfect visit to PTown. Friendly, kind hosts, easy to communicate with. Located very close to supermarket and gym. Short easy walk to the Boatslip, Commercial Street. Clean, comfortable, relaxing place. Nice amenities, easy to control zoned air conditioning, Wifi, Smart TV and an Amazon Alexa that'll play music whenever you ask. Will definitely recommend to friends and hope to return for another visit!

This is a great place to stay for any trip to PTown!! The hosts are absolutely amazing and have gone the extra mile to make sure there are so many amenities available during a stay. They’ve thought of just about everything including kitchen stuff and had items available in the event something came up like bad weather or to use for shopping. It was a very comfortable place to settle in and cozy during my stay. Absolutely loved the patio! It was such a convenient location too, very easy walking to Commercial Street and felt so easy to get around. Really appreciated the dedicated parking too which made getting in and out for the beach super easy. I couldn’t recommend staying at this place more! I’m looking forward to a return trip to PTown and hope to stay here again!
