We are the proud new owners of this beautiful property. We purchased this home from Dave in the summer of 2019. We plan on improving the property and continuing in Dave's footsteps.

The walk-out basement level is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, fooseball table, board games, x-box 360, various books and a 70” television is available which provides Netflix and youtubetv. A Sonos sound system is wired throughout the entire house both inside and out. A washer and a dryer are conveniently available for use on the main floor, soap and fabric softener are provided.

The fourth bedroom is located on the basement level and is complete with bunkbeds and an additional queen size bed.

We ask our guests to bring personal choice items like shampoo, conditioners etc. we provide towels, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap.

This house was originally constructed with central AC on the second and third floor however the ground level does not have central air. That room is below ground so it does stay cool all year and it has a ceiling fan.
