2 bedroom 2 Bath 1st floor condo at A Place at the Beach III. 2 Twin beds with one pull out twin and A king bed in the master bedroom. Sleeper sofa with a queen mattress in the living room. The complex is the best one on the beach with a 150' Waterslide, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, miniature golf course, basketball court, tennis court and ping pong! The complex also has both gas and charcoal grills and a mini-store on site

My Condo has 2 bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom offers two Twin beds with a pull out twin With a tv. Perfect for kids. The sofa in the living room is a queen bed pull out. This unit sleeps 6 comfortably. The living room has a flat screen HD TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a dining area, drink bar, washer, dryer and dish washer.

Great Family Getaway

Really enjoyed our stay. The Condo is as described and was perfect for our family of 5. Great location with plenty to do. Communication was awesome. Will definitely stay again.

excellent place for a get away

Great location , private, lots of stuff on the lot to do, private access to the ocean , two different pools n more. we will be back to this location for sure.

Great stay at a great place!

We loved the condo, clean, easy access from the parking lot. Loved the whole week, not one complaint! :) Will be back for sure!

Nice place at great resort

Can't beat a Place at the Beach with its pool, waterslide, and easy access to the beach. The condo is nice and the host (John) is very friendly and responsive. Staff at a Place at the Beach are/were friendly too. Would recommend staying here.

Weekend At The Beach

It was a very nice weekend at the property. Had one issue with getting into the place, but the owner was very helpful and able to work with me to get the issue resolved. Always love staying where the owner is so great. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Family friendly

We had a great stay here at the property. It was me, my wife, and three kids, aged 11,11 and 13. There was plenty for the kids to do on site place was clean and very quiet after 1030 at night will definitely stay again.

Great Time at A Place at the Beach

Very clean and charming condo. Close to several great restaurants. There is plenty for kids to do including Putt-Putt. basketball, corn hole and daily activities like making slime or tie dye. We had an awesome time.

The property is on a great location. The HOA has maintined most of the property well. Individual uits vary since they are responsibility of owner.

Great property

Our family of 4 with 2 small children stayed for a week. The condo was a good size and we loved the trundle beds for the kids. The appliances could use an update but we had everything we needed. The pools are amazing and the beach access was perfect. The grounds are well maintained and we really enjoyed being close to Beaufort and Moorehead. We'll definitely rent here again. It was perfect for the kids!

Great condo

Warm, homelike feeling in this clean and well stocked condo. Close to the indoor pool that the grandkids love. Easy access to first floor unit via the ramp. We had no need to use the elevator, but could have if needed. It was nice having a washer and dryer for swim clothes and towels.

We enjoyed the stay and was happy about it being on the first floor. My only complaint was the spigots were black. They coated thick with black mold where they hadn’t been cleaned for so long

Spring Break Stay

Overall, the condo was nice. The main pool with the slide on the property was not operational and this was not disclosed to us prior to our stay. As one of the selling points, this was disappointing. The condo itself was nice enough. We did have an issue finding clean linens for all the beds (and we noted how many people would be in the condo so all beds should’ve been ready) including coming across sheets with big stains loaded in the linen cupboard. Overall, it was nice enough for our long weekend away.

A Few Days Away!

My family which consist of myself, my spouse, an 11 year son and a 14 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night, 5 day stay at A Place At the Beach. There were many things to do and see. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were nice. The kids really enjoyed the 150 water slide. They made lasting friends who we will keep in touch with going forward and hopefully visit same time, same place summer! They slept well at night! Jon was very easy to get in touch with and maintains a very clean and quaint atmosphere at his rental. Everyone wanted to spend a couple days more but unfortunately, all good things must come to and end! Thanks Jon and hope to visit again next summer! We happily rate your rental at 5 stars!

We really enjoyed our stay at APATB! Condo was nice and clean. Short walk to both indoor and outdoor pools and the beach. Would stay again.

A place at the Beach

Overall our stay was good. Walk to the beach is a little far, but our unit was one on the opposite end of the building. Lots of stairs which made it hard to navigate between beach and pool with a wagon with little ones and beach stuff. Water heater in condo was very small, someone was always taking a cold shower. Pools were great having availability to go to indoor or outdoor was nice. Condo was clean. Front bedroom could use light blocking curtains as the hallway light it’s very bright. We were only give one single key it would have been nice to use keypad or have a spare for both adults. We would likely stay again because what all it offers kids.

Fun and Easy Family Getaway

Perfect location for a family getaway. The amenities at A Place at the Beach made our stay effortless and enjoyable for everyone. Although this unit does not have beach views, it is a short walk to the beach and very pleasant. I would certainly book again.

Great family apartment

This resort has great amenities on site, including two great pools and the beach. The four of us stayed over a long weekend and enjoyed swimming, mini-golf, basketball, and even some bowling on the lawn. The owner was very responsive to a small issue we had and followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied. Overall a great experience.
