New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

This is a nicely updated third-floor condo overlooking the courtyard with ocean and pool views, new paint, and wood laminate flooring! The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, and 50-inch TV. A private and convertible den includes a full-over-twin bunk bed, a 50-inch TV, and a DVD player. The living room has a sleeper sofa, a 55-inch flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and a ceiling fan. You'll also appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, and elevator access. This oceanfront complex boasts extensive on-site amenities that include an outdoor pool with a waterslide, an indoor pool, a hot tub, an elevator, tennis and basketball courts, shared grills, and on-site laundry facilities.

Nice little getaway spot

Overall our stay was very pleasant, this was a nice room with a great view and we had very few issues.

Great family vacation location!

Location and amenities were great! The kids loved the water slide and tether ball. Beach access was perfect. Only complaint was motion sensor lights in the bathroom where too bright at night. Would absolutely stay again!

Great Place!

This has to be one of the best units in what is one of the best beach properties. You can see the ocean from the balcony and have a great view of the pool and play areas. Unit was extremely clean. Have been coming here for years and would definitely choose this unit again.

Satisfied

The unit I stayed in was close to the elevator and stairs and beach access. The view was amazing! The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The couch had multiple stains on it. The bed sheets in the master bedroom were nasty with hair from the previous renter. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay, we just felt as if the room could have been a little cleaner.

Nice place

Dirty dishes in dishwasher when we arrived, But other then that it was acceptable. An fairly clean, Condo floors could use better care under the furniture. Great view, elevator was off an on which made for a lot of climbing. But we Had a nice stay.

Relaxing weekend!

It was a nice weekend and thankful for the nice weather so we could enjoy the amenities. Unit was cute and nicely decorated. The kitchen had the basics but not well stocked (ex: one small glass cup). We enjoyed our time though!

Very clean

The condo was in a great location. We visited in the off season and it was quiet. The pools and outdoor activities look like they will be a lot of fun for the kiddos! The condo itself was small. But would easily house my husband and i and our two teenage boys for a week. We have stayed in a lot of different condos and houses and hotels at several different beaches. This was by far the cleanest condo i’ve ever stayed in.

Great place

We loved the amenities and our stay. The only down fall was one of the workers, Susie, I believe was her name. She hovered & was constantly questioning us. She gave the kids pool toys but then would be picking them up while they were playing & right in front of us parents. She just made you feel like you were a bother really. Her 2 days off we had peace & no one even approached us.

We love staying at A Place at the Beach! This was our 3rd summer there. However, the condo we stayed in this year was not very clean. The couch was terribly stained and dirty on the outside and the rollaway bed was also dirty. The top bunk was dirty and looked to have blood on the blanket/sheets. The master shower had mold on the shower curtain. The rest of the property was as always clean and beautiful. The door entrance to our condo was not child proof. The door was very easy to open from inside, it really needs a lock or chain on it to keep littles from escaping.

Place at beach

The actual unit was fine. Needed black out curtains in main bedroom The automatic lights were a bit annoying. Overall unit was fine just did not care for large complex.

Nice little condo

Why use Vacasa? They were awful with the rental agreement prior to our stay. We will avoid rentals in the future that go through them. The condo and the facilities at A Place at the Beach were great! Beds were comfortable, the sofa not so much. Clean except for the floors. Master bath tub/shower needs maintenance. Would love to return but without involving Vacasa.

Lovely Unit .....only one issue

Loved our stay at A Place at the Beach .Great views ,saw dolphins from the balcony. Lots to do .we plan on coming back. Are only issue was the door had been busted in making the deadbolt useless. We propted something against it .We brought it to their attention so they didnt think we did it,they knew it was like it.Really needs to be fixed.

Would not recommend unit 317

We arrived to find the door had been kicked in frame was busted and was barely holding up. Sent pictures and tried to contact the rental company but no care was given.

The apartment was truly wonderful, but be wary of cleanliness

Perfect enough for our family of 5. The rain showers were a nice touch, and the kitchen definitely had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy basic meals with plenty of seating at the table. The apartment wass decorated very cute. Of course we accepted the very, very minor spots that appeared to need updating. The apartment was in a good spot for viewing the ocean and the property itself was wonderful with lots of amenities to enjoy. Our only issues was with the cleanliness, which appears to be reflective of Vacasa's services, not the home. There was sand on the floor and visible garbage and food under the couch. Also, there was dirty silverware mixed in the drawer with clean silverware.

When we were in the room it’s very pretty in the pictures it is pretty on the inside how...

When we were in the room it’s very pretty in the pictures it is pretty on the inside however the back of the door has dorm paint the freezer door handle broke and fell on my foot and it was broken when we got there the electricity had issues where the lights were flickering and have time couldn’t get the hall like turned on it took playing with it playing with playing with it it it did however have a beautiful view of the water in the pool in the ocean the thermostat you know how the room comfortable the shower in the master bathroom would not stop facing the wall and there how many times try to fix it goes straight it was facing the wall and it was really hard to take a shower
