We hope you can come relax and enjoy our Top Floor Corner Condo overlooking the Ocean and the Water-slide Pool. Watch the gorgeous Sunsets and Dolphin from your Private Balcony. You'll feel like you're On Top of the World. This Upscale condo has a Penthouse feel. The North Carolina Coast is beautiful year round!
There is no doubt that Unit 375 has the best views at "A Place at the Beach!!" With a Southwestern exposure, this condo is bright and sunny with lots of windows overlooking the ocean and waterslide pool.
Newly renovated with plank flooring and remodeled bathrooms, featuring a walk-in shower in the Master bath! New living room furniture. The kitchen has solid surface counter-tops and tile flooring along with your own washer and dryer inside the condo.
You'll really enjoy this ocean front location! Check out the great reviews from past guests. We want you to be our return guests too!
Relax at the beach or pool every day. We teach Yoga on the Beach at 9:00 am on Tuesday mornings in the Summer, right in front of the condo.

This unit is one of the best on the property! It is very close to the beach and pool. The unit is clean, the balcony is spectacular with a view from 3rd floor of pool and beach, and the host is great to work with!We'll definitely be back and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Both the host and the resort are amazing, responsive and kind. Could not ask for a better host or accommodations. The view from the deck is amazing and the master bedroom looks out over the water. It’s perfect. We accidentally left our daughter’s blanket behind and the host quickly checked the apartment as soon as we noticed. The resort even sent out the maintenance crew to check the walkways and parking lots! They found it and had it shipped back within a day! I cannot say enough nice things about the host, apartment or resort. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

This place is an absolute gem. Beautiful views, very clean place. The host had excellent communication and went above & beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. Tucked in a corner unit, our entire visit was quiet and serene. Falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the ocean was so calming. 3 generations stayed and all 3 absolutely loved the place. We can’t wait to come back. Eating breakfast while watching the dolphins and pelicans right from the balcony was so cool. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We had amazing stay! Check in/out was simple. The owner checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Condo was clean and the views were amazing!

We loved our stay at this unit at A Place At the Beach. We think it really does have the best view in the whole complex, and very convenient for beach access. Nikki was great to work with - we hope to go back sometime!

Wonderful vacation

Great Beach Trip
This was a fantastic property with everything my family needed. It was clean and very close to the pool and beach which we frequented often. The owners were very attentive and we definitely plan on coming back.
