Quiet, pet-friendly home with a view of the Yaquina Bay minutes to the coast!

Cozy, quiet, 3 bedroom home situated just above the Yaquina Bay and only 10-15 minutes from the Oregon Coast! Wrap-around deck affords a fantastic view of the bay and perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning! King size bed in the downstairs bedroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs, the first one with a double bed and the second with 3 twin beds. This home has a woodstove so bring some firewood if you choose to use it. There is also a large firepit perfect for family bonfire nights!

We absolutely loved this spot. The scenery was beautiful and it was so fun to watch the deer eat apples at the neighbors. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Such a cute place, very comfortable and cozy. It was also impeccably clean. We would most definitely stay here again.

We come the area every yesar. This year it was so celebrate our daughters 2nd birthday. I loved the sound if the outside. Seeing the birds and the deers. Enjoying family time, going to the aquarium and watching the fireworks on the bay. The only thing was outside furniture had to be cleaned off cause of spiders and stuff not a huge deal.

Great Stay

The house was adorable and very cozy. We loved how it was close to town but still private without a bunch of traffic. We would definitely stay again!

First visit to the Pacific coast

We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the convenient location and thoughtful touches like toiletries, coffee, comfortable beds, rocking chairs. It was the perfect size for our family with 3 teens. Thank you!

Beautiful house close to the coast!

Myself, my husband, and our two 13 y/o’s stayed here. It was a great experience! It’s quiet, in a lovely area within walking distance to the river, and has chickens and deer across the road! Bed was super comfortable, windows were a bit janky but not an issue.

Amazing, quiet spot with lots to enjoy

Wonderfully kept, stocked, and located - a short drive to Newport or Nye Beach. House had plenty of amenities, spent most time at the house either on the wrap porch or at the fire pit. All kinds of wildlife in the area. Super quiet. A must stay home!

Family Vaca 2024

We stayed at the house for about a week. The house was great, there were deer that wandered into the yard almost daily which was super cool and the kids loved it. Place was very clean, communication was very frequent, no complaints. Very cute little place.

Beautiful cabin in the woods

We stayed here for three months this spring and loved every second. The homrehas everything you need, a beautiful porch, and total privacy. You can see the bay from your window and are a short scenic drive to Newport. Don't hesitate to book! We hope to come back one day.

Relaxing

This house was very cozy. View from the porch was amazing. Looked down over the bay and the deer were down the hill every day. Drive into Newport was not too far. We loved the little town of Toledo. Enjoyed our vacation very much!!!!

We are located close enough to town for gas and groceries, yet the house is quiet and deer often wander into the yard! Staying at our family home is like taking a few steps back in time... Be prepared to hand wash your dishes while gazing out our kitchen window at the beautiful sunrise!

The weather is usually much warmer at our house on the bay than at the beach. A dock is within walking distance and a perfect place to put a kayak or canoe in the water. We have a firepit for storytelling and s'mores around the fire. Be sure to look for the millions of stars in the sky!
