Step into a bright, open-concept living space filled with natural light from large sliding glass doors that frame the stunning bay view. The condo is beautifully decorated for comfort and relaxation.

Unwind by the cozy indoor fireplace.
Enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV.
The comfortable couch easily converts into a Queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:

Modern kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher.
Also includes a coffee maker and toaster for your convenience.
Bedroom & Bathroom:

Retreat to the private bedroom featuring a luxurious King-size bed with an adjustable head articulation for ultimate comfort.
The bedroom has its own flat-screen TV with a DVD player.
Convenience Amenities:

A private washer and dryer are included in the condo, so you can pack light.
Sleeping Arrangements:

Guest Access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire condominium unit. This includes the living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and your own private balcony overlooking Siletz Bay. One dedicated parking space is available for one vehicle.

This condo is in an amazing location with direct beach access. The view out to the bay is spectacular at all times, but especially at sunset.While we didn’t need to communicate with the hosts on this visit, we’ve stayed here before, and they’ve been very responsive and helpful.

Clean, quiet waterfront condo on beautiful Oregon coast. Had a wonderful week staying here, with easy walk to beach, restaurants and grocery store. Easy to check in and out, ample parking, and short drive to outlet mall and other entertainment. Highly recommend.

The location is great, easy to get to the beach, walk to shops, and great people watching. If you are a coffee lover be aware that the coffee maker in the unit is a teeny tiny, it makes 5 tiny cups.

The view was fantastic. Check-in instructions were clear. We enjoyed our stay. The only issues we had were the room was warm so we wanted to use the fan, but the fan was dirty. Also, parking was difficult. We couldn't find a spot near the elevator we needed. I wish there were spaces assigned to each room. Other than those two small issues, our stay was very enjoyable.

We arrived no problem with entry. However, the went to use the facilities & there was no TP or kleenex in the bathroom. Fortunately there is a grocery store close by. We alerted the management but it took 24hours to provide tp. Thh first rental where I've had to byotp

We loved this condo!

Booking went smoothly and the newly renovated condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed it so much we stayed two extra days!! Thank you to the owners for sharing your peaceful condo with us - we will be back for sure!

Great to Getaway!!!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Lincoln City. The Waters Edge condominiums are a perfect place to rest and relax with beautiful views of the ocean! I would highly recommend these properties to anyone.

Perfect area for beach walking and enjoying the view! Condo was clean and had a great kitchen. Bed was comfortable with nice linens and lots of pillows!

The unit was great. Clean and comfortable. A little odd thst no dogs are allowed and the unit below us had barking dogs. We listened to them while trying to enjoy our morning coffee

Beautiful view

Beautiful view from the balcony although it’s a little ways from the ocean opening, could still hear the ocean with the door open at night. So grateful to have paper towels when we arrived super quick, walk to a little grocery store and a couple restaurants local so very helpful as well places to eat whale watching even in depoe bay was great. Thank you very much

Beautiful little condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This one bedroom condo was decorated so nicely! Even better in person than the pictures show. The location couldn't be beat overlooking the bay and a short walk to the ocean. (Be warned that the balcony has a fantastic view, but you are right next to your neighbor's balcony with no divider between.) The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful View and Great Location

The condo is in a great location and is within walking distance to Mo's restaurant. It has a beautiful view of the bay and it was fun to watch the wild life and people enjoying the calm beach. If you take a short walk past Mo's you will find the ocean which is beautiful but more dangerous. If you have children or don't like huge waves, this is a great location to stay! The decor is nice and the bed is comfy. The mattress is a little on the hard side, but you can tell it's good quality! Some noise can be heard from the walkway out the front door and from the neighbors while on the deck but this is not fault of the owners-just the way it was constructed. Overall, the noise did not bother us and we would stay here again!

Lovely & Peaceful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is lovelier than the pictures! The photos don't capture the warmth and textures of the unit, and there are many thoughtful details I appreciated! The location is perfect, overlooking the bay and the ocean and it is easy to get to from Portland. The petite stacking washer dryer was a bonus! The one change I recommend is to purchase a new mattress as the plush soft one provided dips in and has lost its support on the right side. An easy fix to a perfect rental! Very well done and carefully and thoughtfully appointed!
