Kitchen was adequately stocked for basic cooking. Did have an oven for baking and a full size fridge. It was clean.

The view from the balcony was amazing with excellent proximity to the beach. Teresa communicated in a very kind and timely manner. Everything about the cottage was exactly as advertised. We’ll be back!

The property was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for, relaxation! The balcony overlooking the beach was spectacular, and the views alone were worth the stay.But the unexpected entertainment? Second to none! We had front-row seats to what can only be described as a beachside rescue mission for the ages. Not one, not two, but FOUR vehicles—a car, a truck, a Tacoma, and another vehicle—all tow-strapped together in one glorious conga line! Watching this crew work tirelessly against the setting sun and rising tide was something we’ll never forget.What a time to be alive! All jokes aside, we had a fantastic stay. The property was exactly what we needed, the scenery was beautiful, and we left with some great memories and one heck of a story!

This is now one of our favorite places to stay in Lincoln City. You can drive right onto the beach next to this condo. We spent way more time than expected watching the people drive down here for the sunset each night. Location to shops, restaurants and the Casino are close. The bed was more comfortable than I am used to in a rental.

The view was wonderful - sunrises and sunsets awesome! Location was great and walk down to beach wasn't too bad - a little steep after I hurt a knee, but that was my problem. The place is obviously dated and a few amenities and upgrades would have been nice, but we had a great time.

Lovely condo, excellent location!

The beach view is fabulous with rocks for tide pools. Beach access was easy. The condo had everything we needed. Smelled clean and fresh. Highly recommend, we'll be back!

This was a great location on the beach front. It was nice to have parking so close! The interior could benefit from some updating like getting rid of the old carpet. But the bathroom was adequate and the bed was comfortable.

Weekend getaway

Condo was very clean. Parking was fine for the weekend. We were there. Amazing view off of the deck. Walking distance down to the beach great location for restaurants and shopping.

Lovely room

Enjoyed our stay as a surprise for my husband’s birthday. Appreciated the extra touches (card, candies) upon arrival. Lovely view and comfortable bed.

Val'ee's group were wonderful guests! They communicated well, were tidy and respectful, and treated my vacation cabin as if it were their own home. It was a pleasure hosting them.
