No. 205 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned condo we call "Baby Got Humpback”. This one bedroom, one bathroom suite is located 15 steps up on the second floor and guests can take in those ocean views from two comfortable swivel chairs by the condo's large wall of windows or out on the private balcony.

Perfect for giving a smaller group plenty of space, Baby Got Humpback sleeps up to 4. Enjoy the privacy of the King bed in the bedroom, or sleep in the living room next to those natural ocean sounds on the Queen Murphy bed, which can fold up during the day for little more space. This condo also has a roomy walk-in shower.

Baby Got Humpback also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex and an indoor pool. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk to Kyllo's, Lincoln City's favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. A quick car ride can take you to the Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, not to mention all the other fun dining, shopping, and activity destinations in town.

If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope. We're also conveniently close to a variety of other recreation areas and hiking trails for the avid nature lover.

Beach Vacation for relaxation accomplished

Really enjoyed the unit and first time staying in this area of Lincoln City. Only negative thing I can say honestly is that it would have been nice for the Pool/Hot Tub to be open and communication of such, as we were looking forward to some Hot Tub time during raining day. You could tell it’s been sitting untouched for quite some time. Suggestion of screen door would be amazing for having door open to enjoy the sound of the waves. The communication and assistance in booking and having to change dates was extremely accommodating. We would have stayed another night if booking had not been after us. Thank you for everything. I booked this one specifically due to the comfy chairs with ottoman to look out window while reading. And that it only had 1 neighbor ;-) we will be back and I’ve already referred to other family members.

Great place, a little dated but quaint

Cute little condo, reminds me of an old apartment I used to rent. A little dated but quaint. When I reserved the condo I could have sworn I reserved a ground floor unit, but it still served its purpose. Also we got super lucky on the weather. Will possibly be back. Thanks!

Coast trip

Everything was great. The place was so clean, the staff were super polite, and the room smelt great. Also you are within walking distance to a few awesome restaurants. If we make the trip up again anytime soon we will book here again!!

Just what we needed

Perfect for what we needed. We were there for a concert that took place at the Community Center and were able to just walk to and from the venue. Great views of the ocean and beach. The bed was on the hard side, but fine for me. Pillows were great. The pool and hot tub were nice, clean. Hot tub could be warmer. On the not so great side, the place is very noisy, being located on Hwy 101. Traffic noise was a problem. But I brought ear plugs for sleeping and it was fine. Some of the silverware was missing, maybe time to replenish. And the curtains in the living room desperately need cleaning.

Weekend getaway

Great central location with easy beach access, nice apartment, very clean, with a great view. I didn't think about how close it is to the highway when I booked it, so the road noise was a bit of a surprise, but the bed was so comfortable I had no trouble sleeping.

Great location at reasonable price

This was a good find. Only down sides were uncomfortable furniture and stove not vented to the outside. The smell of everything we cooked ended up in the condo for hours.

Great View & so close to the beach

We loved this condo! It was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. It was clean, well stocked & comfortable. The view is to die for! We spent a lot of our time watching the waves & people & the beautiful kites. The access to the beach is fantastic. I loved that the bedroom was separate. It is very close to the main road which is busy & a little loud not bad if you keep the bedroom window closed. With that said easy access to get out & about. We love this place and it will be our go to next time we vacation at the beach!

Perfect Sister Getaway

The only words I can use to describe our stay at Baby’s Got Humpback ….was everything was absolutely perfect!!!! Our VRBO rental was cozy and absolutely everything that we expected it to be. We enjoyed our view from the balcony, sipping on coffee and beverages. … And only steps to the sand. The room was clean, beds were comfy after 5-10 miles of walking and exploring every day, and had everything that we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better week in Lincoln city and can’t wait to do this again.

Home again

Prior resident of LC, wanted beach front. Its hard to choose a place to stay when youve never had to make that decision before. We enjoyed the unit overall. There was a bit lacking in cutlery but we made do. Parking was a bit challenging, but we got the hang of it. Great view. The sea cooperated and gave us some great whale watching.

Can’t beat the Viewa!

Wonderful oceanfront condo with stunning views. The sunsets were incredible. Loved the easy beach access and close to all the shopping. My son was bummed the pool was broken at time. We will be back I’m sure.
