Disappointed that the chairs on the balcony were broken and basically unusable. Had to bring out kitchen table chairs to sit on the balcony to enjoy the view.

Last minute booking for new years. Older and more aged than in pictures, but it worked for our last minute new years with family!

Location is great for us! Condo is 3rd floor, no elevator. A bit dated inside. Couch has zero cushioning. A few other inconveniences...Regardless of the negatives, we will be back!

Excellent location!

The condo is just right for the two of us and the view is great (the harbor seals on the opposite shore are a bonus!) Comfortable bed and great cooffee!

Beautiful Spot

My wife and I were looking for a one-night getaway from McMinville and this hit the spot. The condo was exactly as described with a beautiful view of the bay.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The only downside was the shower wouldn’t turn to hot water. Otherwise, it was a cute and cozy place to stay.

Picture perfect!

One of the best views around, super cute and comfortable apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach was perfect and we could walk to mo’s for lunch. Watching the wild life was truly memorable.

Beach stay

We have stayed here several times and love the property and location. The shower in this unit needs some attention, but they scheduled maintenance to address it.

Great view

Great experience, wonderful views of water and easy access to beach. Very clean and has everything you need. Only down fall, arrived 1 hour before check in, was delayed entry for 2 more hours, luckily Lincoln city is beautiful!

Beautiful location on Siletz Bay.

It’s all about the location here. Walk to bay, beach, Taft district shops, glass blowing and restaurants. Gorgeous view from condo. Living room furniture was not too comfy but bed was pretty good.

Good place

Stayed last year 2022. Nice place to stay. Little outdated furniture. The area in front is a bay, so you only see water during full tide, else its sandy and you can walk as well.

Cute and cozy. Absolutely no elevator- so you have to hull everything up several flights of stairs. View was beautiful and it was quiet, despite lots of people enjoying the bay. Queen pull out bed is a futon, absolutely hurts to sleep on, despite the provided egg crate, so be aware. No laundry- could have sworn the posted stated laundry. There is no cable unless you want only a few basic channels and want to fight to get tv to work. Lots of check out procedures that were a little demanding for the price we paid and lack of expectations. I count this as a VERY expensive hotel room with a kitchen. Parking provided, however if you have anything bigger than a car, if someone parks in the open spots behind your space, take your time backing out - it’s very very tight. Despite all this, location was perfect. Would definitely stay again on bottom floor WITH a unit that has laundry.

I'm sorry the futon was uncomfortable for you, we will absolutely look into ways to improve comfort. We will also look into improving the cable or streaming availability, thank you for that feedback. We do state on the listing that the unit does not have access to an elevator or laundry facilities but still I'm sorry that took away from your experience. Stunning Views of Siletz Inlet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ability to grab a cup of morning coffee and stroll directly from the condo along the sandy shore of Siletz Inlet all the way to the surf is priceless. Viewing sunset from the back lanai was a gift. I especially loved the kitchen arrangement - wide open and while I cooked I was part of the conversation - and the view.

Dock of the Bay stay

Chilly 🥶 as the small wall heater was not sufficient, but I did turn the oven on and opened the door to help it warm up. I don’t believe it got above 70° in the dwelling. Granted there was a ❄️🌬winter storm warning ⚠️ for the entire weekend and for the majority of the west coast. Close to Mo's! Ya gotta eat there! I would stay again for sure!

View was great!

Property was clean. Throw rugs were a nuisance but understand why they were put down. Bath tub faucet was constantly leaking. There were no instructions as to where used linens were to be placed because there was no laundry.

We rented this unit because of the view and the third floor balcony. The deck and chairs had bird poop all over them and the two pigeons had made a nest and were always there continually pooping on everything. Disgusting. Nobody had check the unit for readiness weeks before our stay and the whole wedding anniversary was just a total disappointment and a waste of a lot of money. Very angry.

Great location - old property needs updating

The location of property, check in and communication with manager was all great. We don’t notice from photos that property was so outdated. Throw rugs were everywhere over the carpet. Uncomfortable futon was provided as sofa, along with old chairs. Bed not comfortable and pillows flat. Shower head and towels good. We expect a lot and certainly missed the boat on this one. It wouldn’t take much to make this a 5 star.
