Beautiful Ocean Front 3 Bedroom Condo

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This three bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool, and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, less than 2 miles from Wild Water and Wheels Water Park, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

Reviewer Comments: pleasant.however, master bedroom was extremely cold, much colder than the rest of the condo. also, the seals around the sliding glass doors to the balcony were in need of repair and the vertical blinds on the sliding glass door are broken. they neither open or close all the way.

Fourth of July stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. We did have a couple minor maintenance issues, but it was addressed quickly. Very clean and everything you needed. I give the one question 3stars because the furniture could use an upgrade. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable. Overall, I would defiantly come back.

Family Vacation 2023 Unit 401

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great oceanfront unit for our small family group. Bathrooms and kitchen clean and beds comfortable. Notified maintenance of washer backing up in bathroom sink and a/c condensation leaking in hallway and both fixed within 2 hours. Bedskirt and pillow need washing in master and balcony railing badly needs painting due to flaking paint. Pools and elevators are new or well maintained. Parking garage is very difficult to maneuver and needs to be larger to accommodate in/out traffic (husband who is a great driver hit the wall coming around curve due to no room for 2 cars). Fire alarm and pickup truck blocking the exit opening to parking garage. Pool bar is nice to have onsite.Large indoor hot tub.

Great condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented for the long Memorial Day weekend. The condo was great. It was very clean and everything worked properly. It has a fantastic view of the ocean. Being on the 4th floor is high enough to have a great vie and low enough to still feel like you are right on the beach. The only thing I would change would be to put a king bed in the ocean bedroom.

GREAT WINTER RENTAL
