This was the most amazing house for our girls trip! Plenty of space for 8 girls and the parking situation was perfect. Rebecca is also super communicative and wanted us to have the best stay. Would definitely rent this house again

This was such an amazing stay!! The communication with the host was great! She made sure the house was ready for my stay even after unforeseen circumstances. This was the perfect location for my sister’s bachelorette trip. The house is cozy, clean, and easy to get settled into for your stay. 12/10 recommended booking this for your next trip with the girls, family, or whoever you are traveling with!!

Great Stay Great Location Great City

The house was VERY clean, the beds were awesome to sleep in… we actually slept in a couple mornings! The neighborhood is full of amazing restaurants… and just a short stroll to King St. Would definitely recommend.

Great 3 day getaway!

Very easy process with great communication. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Location was decent and personal parking was great.

Fabulous property and extremely helpful owner

Beautiful historical home in a really beautiful and convenient location. Extremely comfortable beds, lovely decor, and nice outdoor space for hanging out. Would definitely recommend any of Rebecca's properties!

Great house!

The house was perfect for our girls trip! Walking distance to everything, very spacious and clean, comfortable beds and well stocked. Rebecca is a great host and very accommodating! Highly recommend the Palm House!

Spring break getaway

We loved every minute of our time at the Palm House! The house was completely as described- clean, comfortable and stylish. We love the neighborhood and the location to so many walkable restaurants and shops. We will be back soon!

Nice stay

We brought my sister and her new husband to Charleston for a wedding gift. The home was on a good size to accommodate us. Relatively easy walk into downtown Charleston. Nicely appointed.

Great house- so much fun!

We had a great time at Palm House. Very comfortable house- awesome AC - very appreciated for summer time! We loved walking to restaurants and just overall enjoying Charleston. Thank you Rebecca! We will be back!

Great getaway

Communication with Rebecca was outstanding. House and location is exactly as advertised. Clean, convenient, easy and stocked with all essential utensils. Highly recommend!

BOOK IT!

Our stay in Rebecca's beautiful Charleston home was fantastic! Her communication prior to our trip was always very prompt & informative. Same goes for while we were there. We had 10 people on our trip & fit in the home comfortably. And like many of the other reviews -- the beds were very comfy!! Thanks for a great experience :)

Great house that comfortably worked for everyone

This downtown house worked well for everything the 10 of us wanted for our girls trip in Charleston. Comfortable beds, good location and parking, and a very accommodating host! Rebecca checked in by text just to be sure all was ok after our first night, and she went an extra mile to mail a package that arrived late even after we had left. Great stay and everything in the post is accurate.

We really enjoyed our stay at Palm House! Everything we wanted to do was close by, lots within walking distance or a short drive. The house was just as listed. No complaints!

Very Pleased

The property was very clean, it had great space and provided everything that we needed. It was also a good location. We never had any noise issues either. Rebecca, the owner, was very nice and very accommodating. It was a very good experience.

70th birthdays celebration

Great time at the Palm House. Nice to have a single family home that was quiet, homey, and comfortable. Our family of 9 had plenty of room to spread out. Lots of extra amenities were provided. Enjoyed that it was convenient walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, etc. The host was easy to communicate with. Would book again.

Great stay for a girl's weekend

We stayed at the house for a long weekend girl's trip and it worked out great for us. We had plenty of space, including a lovely outdoor area in the back, and two porches. The house was clean and well-kept overall. The location is convenient to upper King St (about a 10 minute walk) and to the rest of the peninsula (15-30 minute walk depending on where you're going). Ride share and taxi services are convenient as well. We would stay again and recommend this property.

Shower curtains could use better hooks. Would’ve been helpful for more hooks in bathrooms to hang towels and robes. There is no dining table in case you want to sit down and eat. There are plenty of dishes cups and glasses. Listing said there was communal pool and hot tub. We called Rebecca to ask about pool and hot tub. She said to go to Hampton in. Yo get a pass. Not sure where Hampton in was. We did enjoy our stay We were comfortable and enjoyed Charleston very much This house is around college housing. FYI. We walked everywhere Close proximity to restaurants bars and shops.

Wonderful location, but management a bit faulty

Generally fine except that during the first two days a loud. alarm went on intermittently (including during sleeping hours).. It stopped after the first two days. The location was perfect for our group.
