Enjoy a comfortable and well-equipped stay in this thoughtfully designed third-floor suite, ideal for couples, families, or longer visits. The space features one king-size bed and a queen pull-out sofa, offering flexible sleeping options for up to four guests.

The full kitchen is perfect for dining in and includes a full-sized oven and range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, and a complete set of cookware, dishes, utensils, plus dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with a shower dispenser stocked with Paya shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. You’ll also enjoy thoughtful extras like under-sink water filtration and a starter bag of locally roasted PennyCup coffee.

Relax with cable TV and stay connected with high-speed WiFi. Entry is easy and secure with a personal door code, which will be emailed to you 24 hours before arrival along with check-in instructions. Cribs and high chairs are available at no extra charge upon request (please contact the property manager for availability).

For longer stays, guests have access to a coin-operated laundry room on-site.

Please note: this unit is not pet-friendly and is located on the third floor with stair access only (no elevator).

Ideal for West Asheville focused trip

Great space; roomy, well appointed. Walkable to New Belgian, River Arts District and all adjacent things. Would certainly stay again.

Anniversary Trip

Beautiful flat. Had everything we needed and very close to everything. Upstairs guests were very heavy footed which was annoying but overall loved the place!

Great place

River row flats is in a perfect spot. Close to downtown and the art district. There is a Great Brewery in walking distance. Our Flat was equipped with all you need and the bed was comfortable. They Even have a dog area away from the road. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

4th of July week

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely comfortable and beautiful. Just minutes from downtown. Nancy was very sweet and answered our questions quickly. We would definitely come back.

well designed comfortable

Well organized kitchen, comfortable bed with quality sheets. Location close to W Asheville restaurants, main highways and wooded park along the river. Road noise loud with construction trucks was only discomfort. Parking lot was cramped for our long pickup truck. Easy entry. Everything worked well. We enjoyed our stay and may return when in the area again.

River Arts/West Asheville excellence!

We tend to visit Asheville about twice a year, Winter and Spring. We have stayed at many different VRBO locations. We found River Flats to be an excellent choice. This trip it was just my me, my husband and our dog ( Hannah). It was so nice to find a modern upscale option that is also dog friendly. The VRBO is set up like a studio apartment. The kind bed was very comfortable and we loved that there was also a nice sofa and chair for additional seating. ( the sofa is also a queen bed) the kitchen was great and had all the items you would want for a stay away. We did not cook on our visit but the kitchen appeared well stocked. The bathroom was a great / large size and was also well supplied with various toiletries. Parking was great and we loved that we could take the dog out either entrance. The property is across the street from new Belgium brewery but is also within walking distance of the River arts district. I believe it is also walkable to West Asheville however, we preferred to drive. We look forward to future stays at this modern, convenient location.

This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Asheville. Our adult child lives right up the hill behind the hotel—a 10 minute walk. We love the ease with which we can walk to New Belgium and restaurants.If you want to go into downtown, it is just a short drive.

Great place and excellent location

My family and I stopped at River Row Flats for a night while passing through Asheville. We found the staff to be very friendly, the room to be clean and the location excellent. We wouldn't have any hesitation staying here again.

Awesome location, great owner

Awesome location. You can walk the majority of the river arts district and back in a comfortable 2.5 mile stroll. It’s right across from New Belgium. Also, an easy drive to west Asheville or Downtown. Shiny new interior felt like a nice hotel, but the benefit of a full kitchen and being dog friendly (they even set out a bed for our pup!). So really it was perfect for us. We were on the first floor, so the street noise could definitely be heard. But if you’re a light sleeper, maybe just bring ear plugs. The only negative was the hot water seemed to run out really quickly- but then we texted the property manager and she immediately responded (which i appreciate!) and advised us to run a sink to increase hot water demand… an odd fix, but it did the trick. We love visiting Asheville, and we’ll definitely stay here again so we can bring our pup.

Clean, updated and great location

Loved the property. Location to anything and everything was perfect - brewery, gyms, downtown and the property was clean and beautiful. Can't wait to stay there again.

Short but sweet

What a lovely place to stay. Easy walking distance to the RAD. Comfy bed and easy to follow directions for all of the typical questions. Nancy was easy to communicate with and responsive. It was just so nice to have a night away in that sweet little spot.

Convenient to arts district, restaurants, with easy access for a jog and walking.

Modern setup. Neat clean room. TV could have easier program access but everything else was great.

Clean, comfortable, but a bit loud and cramped

This place was immaculate upon arrival and check-in was easy. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked (except for the essential corkscrew). The building was maybe one-third full when we stayed, and noise from neighbors was loud--doors banging, furniture moving, music playing, tvs blaring--from upstairs and next to us. Also, because the windows are frosted dramatically, the place feels cramped and claustrophobic because you can't see outside. I wouldn't stay here again, but if you are interested, perhaps the top floor would have a view and less noise?

Loved Asheville

Really enjoyed everything about the property. Everything was as it stated. Across the street from a brewery and we visited the Burger Bar multiple times. Can’t wait to stay here again. Full kitchen amenities were great to have, bed was comfortable and having a code to get in was so easy. Manager was responsive with any question we had.

Modern, super stylish, well-equipped apartment with everything you could need for a comfortable stay and gourmet cooking. My only complaint (and unfortunately it's a big one) is that there is very little (or none!) noise reduction from other guests and/or the outside. You can hear everything... There seemed to be a lot of partying going on when we were there (during the week!) and you can clearly hear other guests coming/going, moving around in the units, showering, etc. Road noise is apparent too. For a more peaceful/quieter stay, might have better luck on the upper floors, but the ground floor was very noisy and we didn't get a single good night's sleep during the three nights we were there. It's very close to a brewery so there was a lot of late night partying at all hours. It's a shame, but wouldn't recommend this location if you're looking for a relaxing, quiet stay.

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and within walking distance to the River Arts District, River Row Flats is centrally located to most of Asheville's most loved attractions. We are located about 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the Biltmore House entrance. It is a 15 minute drive to the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway for great hiking trails and lookouts. The French Broad River is right across the bridge from us and water access is within walking distance. The Greenway across the bridge is great for biking, jogging, or going to all of the unique shops in the RAD. Street noise can be heard but is typically not an issue with most guests.
