The property was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. David responded immediately to questions. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was a close walk or drive to every thing downtown. The location is small but adequate for one to two people. There is a private entrance to the location but the host lives in another area of the house. I would stay there again if visiting Asheville. It is a cute, cozy space in a great location, easily walkable into downtown. David was a gracious host, and his communication was extremely helpful. I had lots of questions that he was willing and able to answer.

Great place to stay near downtown

The vrbo was very clean and communication with the host was great. Short walk to anything down town. We loved our stay and would definitely book the place again.

Wonderful stay in delightful neighborhood

Quiet & simple suite in a lovely AVL neighborhood. David was a great host - clear check-in instructions and helpful advice about his city. This was a perfect place for our visit.

I worked as a white water river guide and a bike tour guide in this area for 15 years, so feel free to inquire about river trips and bike rides around the Asheville area.

Guests will check themselves in by using the keypad lock on the front door.
