David was a great host. The location was just what we needed. Parking on site, nearby markets and close to the Greenway for lovely morning walks. The apartment suite was simple and functional. The decor of the sitting/dining area could have a nicer ambiance, but it worked just fine.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. David responded immediately to questions. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was a close walk or drive to every thing downtown. The location is small but adequate for one to two people. There is a private entrance to the location but the host lives in another area of the house. I would stay there again if visiting Asheville. The vrbo was very clean and communication with the host was great. Short walk to anything down town. We loved our stay and would definitely book the place again.
