This rental was perfect in every way. The space was super clean and very well equipped. We loved the quiet neighborhood. Convenient access to three grocery stores was a plus. We were able to easily walk downtown. Highly recommend this property!!

David was a great host. The location was just what we needed. Parking on site, nearby markets and close to the Greenway for lovely morning walks. The apartment suite was simple and functional. The decor of the sitting/dining area could have a nicer ambiance, but it worked just fine.

Great apartment. Clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything in Asheville. Communication with David was easy. Would happily stay here again and will be recommending the apartment to friends as well.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. David responded immediately to questions. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was a close walk or drive to every thing downtown. The location is small but adequate for one to two people. There is a private entrance to the location but the host lives in another area of the house. I would stay there again if visiting Asheville. Great place to stay near downtown

The vrbo was very clean and communication with the host was great. Short walk to anything down town. We loved our stay and would definitely book the place again.
