Located in the heart of Asheville, in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, this condo offers guests the best of both worlds. Only moments to local restaurants, breweries, shops, and galleries, while also close to the areas natural beauty.

This condo is located in a secured building that is accessible with a unique PIN. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). *PLEASE NOTE* Vehicles must not exceed 7,000 lbs- Large trucks, RVs, Vans, Trailers, or Boats are not permitted

Amazing property! The condo is modern & upscale, very clean, and is in a great location for exploring downtown Asheville. The host had excellent communication and made the check-in / check-out process super easy. I would definitely stay again!

Clean, comfortable and awesome location with a great coffee shop right next door and short walk to restaurants and downtown Asheville. Great spot if you don’t want to have to drive.

There was some back and forth communication regarding the codes and protocols but it was all worked out before I checked in. The place was perfect for me; a quiet, excellent location if you want to walk around downtown and not worry about parking. The bedding, cooking utensils, etc. fit my needs well.

Great stay! Super cute place. The building itself allows pets and the dogs can get pretty loud in the hallway which magnifies the sound. If you don’t like this, I’d reconsider. The place was wonderful though and super clean. Nicely decorated. We would come back for sure.

Great place to stay

The condo is quiet, modern and clean with high ceilings and plenty of space. Great location for walking to restaurants and shops downtown.

I would definitely stay here again. The host was very helpful and the condo was clean and bright. The location was perfect. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere!

The condo was steps away from dining and shopping and coffee, shops, walking areas, and the property was very safe. Parking was safe. The building is upscale and comfortable, equipped with everything you may need. The bed was comfortable and the Furniture, beautiful and updated it was an overall excellent experience in every way.

The location was excellent. Almost everything was within walking distance. Parking was perfect. We drive an electric car so we appreciated the charging spot. Love using coded entries. It was very clean and the kitchen and bath were modern and bright. Would stay again!

Great Spot

This was a great place to stay in Asheville. Short walk to tons of good restaurants and coffee shops. The unit was nice and the bed was comfortable. I would stay again!
