A great place to stay. Was very clean and very roomy for a studio. Felt new and had everything we needed. Comfortable sofa and bed. Very pet friendly with places to walk your dog. This unit was right on the first floor, no stairs and parking was (most of the time) available right outside the door.

Great location in the River Art District/west Asheville. Conviently located about 8 minutes from downtown and 5 from west Asheville. Clean, comfy bed, nice bathroom.

Perfect little getaway!

This is exactly what my husband and I needed during our visit to Asheville. A nicely kept, well-maintained property… and the location was fantastic. Right in the middle of everything, yet also tucked away from it all. Well worth the nightly rate - would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Great Experience!

My husband and I stayed here with our 20 lb dog for our anniversary and it was perfect! We could walk to multiple places and urbering was super convenient as well! Highly recommend!

Asheville break

It was a perfect short stay for my hubby, myself and our small dog. Well located for river walks and the New Belgium brewery. Short drive into Asheville center and local hotspots. Nancy was great to communicate with and we’d definitely recommend it to friends!

Weekend getaway

My bf and i wanted a weekend getaway. This place was perfect distance from everything, very centralized location. Place was great, bed is soft so if you are someone like me who needs a firmer mattress be ready to wake up sore. Loved the fully equipped kitchen, just wish the oven was cleaned. Overall great quiet place

Walk to New Belgium Brewery, Comfy Bed & Allows Dogs

The property manager was very nice and helpful. This property is right across the street from New Belgium Brewery and a quick and easy drive to downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The property was clean and we enjoyed the large kitchen and bath. The bed was also very comfortable. We were grateful to be able to bring our dog. The dog walk area is small and the parking is very tight for a larger vehicle. Overall, we had a great stay!

Awesome property

Nice, clean, modern condo across street from New Belgium Brewery. Numerous other breweries and excellent restaurants within 2 mile radius. Property was clean both inside and out. Parking in rear of building right outside your door. Inside is well maintained and well equipped. We had issue with our TV. Called agent and she was there within 15 minutes. She could not fix the issues, so she went and bought a new television and installed it while we were out. She then checked back with us later to verify TV was working property. Excellent property and highly recommend River Row Flats when visiting Asheville.

Would Highly Recommend

I really enjoyed staying here. The place was walking distance from the fat tire brewery and not a far drive to downtown. The property manager was great, being very fast when communicating. The kitchen was nice and I loved that they had a washer and dryer on the property. I still had to pay to use the washer and dryer but it's better than not having it. My only gripe was the washer and dryer took quarters, so I had to go to a bunch of bars on the way home and ask for quarters as all the banks were closed. I didn't see a quarter machine inside of the property or laundry room. The other thing isn't a complaint but just something to be aware of is if you are at the bottom level, like I was, you will hear footsteps and the people on top of you. This didn't bother me much as I'm a heavy sleeper and hardly in the room. It was torture for my dog as she was on edge the whole time.

Great Location. Walked right across the street to the brewery. Walking distance to the river and trails. Very clean and laid out flat. Had everything we needed and more.

Clean and comfortable

Good location for visiting downtown, Biltmore, and arts areas. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook in. Cleanliness is especially important for us and this was very clean. If you like beer, it is conveniently located across the street, within walking distance, to New Belgium Brewing. We would stay here again 100%

Quiet but safe.

Extremely beautiful place with a huge window that has Black out curtains! Come night the place has nice lights to light the place up. Also had a Christmas tree for the holidays which was nice.All basic necessities were there and much more.

Event Overnight

We were just in town for one night for a concert. We didn't want the hassle of hotel parking, check in, elevators or tons of people and noise. This was perfect!

River Row Flats is owned by two local entrepreneurs who love Asheville and who are deeply involved in the local community, including the arts and outdoors scenes. Coming from the real estate and construction businesses (Jody Guokas owns JAG Construction and Mike Figura owns Mosaic Realty), when the opportunity to do a larger project came up, they jumped on the opportunity and hired a professional property manager, Nancy Chick, who has years of experience running and managing hotels.

We built River Row Flats to offer a boutique hotel experience in the River Arts District. Realizing that there was a lack of lodging in the River Arts District, and that many people who are coming to Asheville want to be in an urban walkable area but not necessarily in downtown Asheville, we picked a location across the street from New Belgium Brewing and on the new Greenway system, and we designed a small modern hotel that blends with the surrounding area.
