Stayed here while attending the Sturgis motorcycle rally. Location was absolutely perfect. After riding all day, it was great having so many restaurant options within walking distance. Even the grocery store was close enough to walk to. The property was very cozy and clean. Jami and Matt were awesome host, friendly with great communication. Definitely will look to stay again during future visits!

We loved our stay at this cute, comfortable, welll-appointed studio. It was so nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Super close to lots of great restaurants and an easy, direct drive to Mount Rushmore. Great find!

The apartment, the location, and the host were seriously TOP TIER!! Like perfection. The only negative is that the upstairs guest was very noisy. That said, I would stay here again without a doubt!!

Rapid City was one stop our vacation. The location was great; within walking distance. The VRBO was excellent! Very nicely decorated, it had everything we needed, and the hosts were outstanding.

Beautiful, comfortable and convenient to down town.

Lovely property, very clean and owners were so easy to communicate with… the kitchenette had all we needed to make our breakfast and lunch. We really appreciated the owners suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Check out was clearly communicated and easy… Thanks for a great stay in Rapid City!

This historic studio apartment is hard not to enjoy as it is located in the heart of downtown Rapid City, within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, wineries and breweries. The home is also located near the entrance to the major intersections and highways to the sights in the beautiful Black Hills. Next to this studio apartment is a three-bedroom home, with a two-bedroom apartment upstairs and a one-bedroom apartment in the same complex. Three more one-bedroom homes are also available in the Village. An inviting outdoor commons area brings everyone together to enjoy the scenery and make lasting memories.

Located downtown, the homes are just a short walk to favorite local breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques. Guests can also easily reach M-Hill and Skyline Recreational Park for hiking or mountain biking, perfect for a quick workout. The location offers direct access to Rapid City’s main intersections, as well as convenient routes to I-90 and Mt. Rushmore.

I’m often around the homes, as I love personally cleaning them and adding thoughtful touches to make guests feel welcome. I also enjoy working outdoors, spending time each year enhancing the property’s landscaping with new beauty.
