Two weeks of sun and relaxation

From booking, checking in, to leaving the property, everything was smooth and painless. Property was everything as advertised. Older property but very well appointed. Everything you needed was supplied. Spent two weeks lounging around the pool and grilling at night. Made for the perfect vacation. Easy trip to Santibel and Captiva. Fishing from the dock was hit and miss. Will definately consider staying again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the property. Great location. Very quiet and relaxing. Fished from the dock in the saltwater canal. Watched Tarpons roll daily. Saw Dolphins and Manatees as well.Would definitely stay at this property again.

Property was well maintained, good spot for a bit of boat traffic, fish were active in the canal and by the dock, pool was great, view from dining area and entry was great! Location was great for restaurants close by.

When we arrived at the home, the air conditioning was not working and was 90 inside. A little disappointing to arrive to after flying all day and was obvious the house was not checked prior to our arrival. Contacted the host and they put us into another home until the ac was fixed(4 days). We picked this house for our honeymoon and were a little disappointed we spent half our trip in another house we did not pick out. After moving back to the original house, we had no issues with the home and very much enjoyed our stay!

Unfortunately mechaincal issues arise at any moment and we have no control over the when or why. Our goal is when they do arise is to remedy them as quickly as possible. We thank you for working with us and are glad you still had a enjoyable stay.

Our vacation was perfect because of the house! The pool was wonderful. The canal was so nice and the beds were very comfortable! Very clean and well kept house! Perfect location for getting to different beaches and sites!

This property was amazing. We came here with our four teenagers and there was plenty of space for everyone! The view is beautiful, and we loved watching the dolphins play in the water in front of us throughout the day. The house lacked nothing, and we were able to fully relax and enjoy our time here. Highly recommend!

We had a relaxing stay. Plenty of warm pool time. Great view down the canal and close to restaurants. This house is close to the bridge to Fort Myers and plenty of beach options. This house is wonderful and the hosts have thought of all the extras.

Great location and layout. Easy check in and walkable neighborhood. Can’t give a 5 star bc the floors were so dirty we couldn’t go barefoot or in socks without them being black in 5 minutes. We were also disappointed at no shampoo and only 3 rolls of TP when paying for a one month stay.

Were going to get the floors reseal to avoid this from happening. As rental agreement states we only supply a starter package.

Great villa

Beautiful villa, very well equipped and maintained. Property manager was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had. We would definitely return for another vacation.

We had the best time!! I was adamant i would not go on the kyaks, but I ended up going out and was SO glad I did! We were in the pool all week long, every thing was perfect!

Buautiful Villa

Family of 4 just back to the UK after spending 8 nights here and it really is beautiful with beautiful location. Has everything you need, plenty of towels and beach towels, everything you need in the kitchen and very comfy beds! We hired a boat for the week, just amazing would come back tomorrow!
