This place is perfect and the listing is right on! It was very clean and had all the details needed: plenty of beach towels, kitchen items, linens, even has enough toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher pods. It was very quiet and perfect walking distance to the pool. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the rental! Well stocked kitchen, clean resort and home, everything we needed! We enjoyed the pool, game tables and how close we were to restaurants and entertainment. We will be back again for another stay soon!

Loved our stay . So clean and comfortable. My kids loved the Mickey Mouse room! Short drive to Epcot and Disney springs. Close to tons of restaurants and Publix for grocery needs. We loved the pool , clubhouse and waterslides ! 10/10 would stay again!

It was a geat location for our family. We lived the pool, slides and restaurant on property and it was so close to walk. We lobed being able to walk to Old Town and enjoy the food, rides, and atmosphere. We do have a few light sleepers and could hear a roller coaster sometimes until 1am as Fun Spot is open until then. We would definitely stay again!

Location is perfect! Old Town is a short 2 minute walk - Disney Parks are 15 minutes away. Plenty of space for a family getaway- the resort pool is heated and waterslides add some extra flair with plenty of seating on the sun deck! The house is as advertised and affordable and has it all - the tennis courts were a blast as well!

We had the best time ever at this location! Everything was above and beyond our expectations! The condo was super clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful! The pool was warm and just a very short walk from the condo! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Good location for a Disney/Universal vaca. Universal was 30 minutes to travel to due to traffic. The resort had a great pool and Old Town was fun. The owners were responsive and helpful. The townhome was clean and roomy. It was nice to have space and not be stuck in a hotel for so many days. My only suggestion to give it 5/5 would be to have it stocked with items that are hard to travel with on an airplane like hand soap in all bathrooms, a few extra trash bags, sponge to wash dishes, etc. Overall, it was a good vacation spot and we would stay again.

Very nice property. Clean and well maintained. It was quite large and very comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was excellent. The location is very convenient for going to disney and there were a lot of restaurants nearby.

Pool was fabulous! The inside and outside bar was great! Great selection of beer. The condo was in great shape .The host was responsible and responsive.Only item is you need a special access card to get to the pool. You have to get it from the condo association desk in the lobby. It’s kind of a pain, but manageable and did not hinder activities.

Great place to stay. Was really surprised at the food and the pool. They have a geat sports bar that has great food and drinks. Pool was amazing. Woke up every morning to a family of deer right by our rental. Oh and best thing is your right next door to the Old Town.
Great pool with slides for everyone. Lots of seating and best of all cantina out by the pool

Great place to stay!

A perfect home to stay when visiting Kissimmee. Walking distance to Beautiful Old Town USA, restaurants and Publix grocery store. Walt Disney is a short drive from Regal Oaks. Beautiful vacation home!

Stay at Regal Oaks

Our stay was great! Our condo was close to the front where all the amenities were so short walk for pool, workout room, etc…Our condo was wonderful for cooking meals and had everything we needed. It was clean and checkout was easy.
