Great house with beautiful views!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has gorgeous views and is well equipped inside and out for a great vacation. We loved going out on the canoe and paddle boards, hanging out on the dock, and relaxing in hot tub. Highly recommend!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is set up nicely. The outdoor fire pits were a hit. We loved the dock and the shade it offered. We will definitely stay again.

Great Home for Vacation

We had a fantastic week staying at this home. It is the perfect location for a fun week at the lake. Loved all the lake toys, the chair swings, the hot tub, the fire pit, the porches and the cleanliness of the house. It worked out perfectly for our annual vacation!!!

Jane, we are happy to read about your excellent week you had at our home. We try to make it as turn-key as possible with the toys and amenities so you can get right in to enjoying your lake time! This winter we will be redesigning the kitchen by enlarging it and adding multiple dishwashers, a large island, and a commercial ice maker for those nice hot summer lake days. Every detail had been handled from cleanliness to the extras that made us feel special and welcome as guests. The lake view is the best! The modern appliances enable efficient preparation of meals and cleanup afterwards.

This house is amazing! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, and the view of the lake is unbeatable. We stayed there with another family for our daughter's graduation weekend, and we were so impressed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and appliances we could have needed, and the beds were super comfortable. Our friends built a fire in the fireplace and enjoyed an evening in the hot tub, and our teen boys had fun with the ping-pong table. Unfortunately, we were not able to truly enjoy the property as we would have liked because our son had a high school graduation the same weekend in another state, so our time was limited. But we all agreed we could have easily stayed there for a week! So my advice is to book more days than you need and stay as long as you can!

One of the Best Trips we have ever had!!!

Pictures don't do it justice. Truly stunning location & property. Every amenity we could ask for & we lacked for nothing. Comfortable beds & the kitchen & outdoor spaces are awesome. We will be booking this property again - same time next year!!!

Perfect Labor Day getaway

The property was absolutely perfect! One of the best docks you will find, with the privacy and views you desire. The home was clean and well maintained and the back yard, patio and fireplaces were amazing and perfectly laid out. We would definitely stay here next time we visit SML.

This is a Wonderful house at Smith mountain lake.... The outdoor space is like being at a private resort. I highly recommend this house.

Ideal weekend away

Absolutely loved our stay at SML. Everything you could want or need for a weekend catching up with friends. Loved the hot tub, covered porch, firepit, and beautiful dock, all of which made our rainy Memorial Day weekend perfectly pleasant.

SML paradise

Beautiful property that we really enjoyed. Dishwasher didn't work, but otherwise was fantastic.

You won't be dissappointed.

Amazing week, between the outdoor living area and dock we had a vacation we will not forget. Perfect location and mountain backdrop was awesome. House was nicely decorated and perfect for our family of 10.
