This lake home was wonderful. It is clean and modern with everything you could ask for. The kitchen is very well stocked if you want to cook. Our family loved the games in the basement and the fire pit. We appreciated the firewood that was provided. We would love to return!!

Wonderful property for our group of 8 adults, 2 children, 1 infant and 2 dogs. Excellent deep water cove with no wake zone. Floating dock can be used for pontoon boats even at -5ft levels. Has great wrap around back porch with peaceful Lake/cove view. Will stay here again.

The house was great. Bedrooms were large and many KING beds. The water at the dock is deep so even with the lake being 5 feet under the normal level, we could still swim and dock our pontoon boat. Fishing was great as there were many large BASS swimming under the dock! Great time!

We had a wonderful week The home was beautiful! It was very clean, spacious, and well equipped for indoor and outdoor activities. And most importantly we had deep water for the boat! We will definitely be staying there again. C. F.

We really enjoyed this house. It was beautifully decorated, newly renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The beds were comfy too. The kitchen was well equipped and we found everything we needed to prepare meals. Three refrigerators helped for having three related family groups together. We had our little dog with us and he had a lot of fun too. Even though SML water levels were low - we had good swimming and were able to tie up a rental boat at the dock with no worries because they are located on deep water. Our hosts were super responsive when we needed help and are great people to work with! We really enjoyed our time there!The gad fun with the stand up paddle boards and kayaks!

Our stay was absolutely perfect for our family of 11! We stayed August 15–22, and even the weather cooperated beautifully.The three levels, with bedrooms on every level, worked wonderfully for our family and gave everyone plenty of space. The king-size beds were incredibly comfortable—everyone commented on how much they loved them!The house had absolutely everything we could have needed. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and the huge ice maker may be the biggest one I’ve ever seen!Even though the area was experiencing a drought, we had no problem at all getting our boat in and out. The location was quiet, calm, and relaxing. The house was also very dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for our family.We have stayed in many homes on Smith Mountain Lake over the years, and this one is by far our favorite. We truly can’t say enough wonderful things about it. We would absolutely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our early October week at Lake Pointe Manor. The house was quite spacious and comfortable for 9 humans and 3 dogs. The host was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. One stand out in this home was the attention to detail from the host. The kitchen really was well equipped with almost everything we needed to cook for a large crowd. The host kept things like spices, olive oils, coffee filters, etc well stocked. We also appreciated that everything in the house was there for the guests to take advantage of. Many other houses we've rented often times felt like dumping grounds for clutter the owners weren't ready to part with, but didn't want in their primary homes. None of that was evident here. We appreciated that the dock still accessible by boat despite the record low lake levels this year. We were able to access the floater dock and our rental boat via the steps off the dock access onto the beach area. The back yard was large enough to allow the dogs to play frisbee or ball. The walk down to the dock was steep-ish, but still accessible enough for my in-laws who were in their 80s. We would definitely consider staying at this property again.

HOuse was well equipped for family group of 8 for dinners.the teens really enjoyed the hot tub and lake. the entire family enjoyed evening games together. A great family time for all.

Kimberly did a great job. She provided good instructions for check-in/check-out and a lot of good information. We knew exactly what to do and what to expect.We had a wonderful family gathering. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was very well-equipped. It had everything we needed. Took advantage of the grill, kayaks and paddle boards. Since the weather was great, we didn't spend any time in the game room -- but very well done, too. Great location and great house!Would definitely recommend!

Great spot!

Great spot for our family trip. Convenient location to rent a boat at Mitchell’s marina and even played pickleball on the court there! SML is beautiful!

I’ve added that naturally into the review:We had an amazing stay at Kimberly’s lake house! From the moment we booked, Kimberly was incredibly responsive and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her communication was excellent before, during, and after our stay.The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we could have needed. The kitchen was one of the best-equipped vacation rental kitchens we’ve ever used, stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and even a great selection of spices for cooking. It truly felt like a home away from home. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, and everyone in our group slept great. Even though the lake level was about four feet below normal during our visit, the dock was still perfect for relaxing and enjoying the water. It was deep enough to swim without touching the lake bottom, which made spending time on the water just as enjoyable.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway at Smith Mountain Lake. Thank you, Kimberly, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great place for family on the lake

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the property while visiting the area for our daughter's college graduation. The house had several amenities, to include a great selection of games to entertain the teenagers. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend the property to others.

Great Family Getaway

Awesome home with plenty of space, open areas, and in a no-wake zone which is perfect. The deck and dock are ideal for family gatherings. Great hosts, very responsive and look forward to coming back.

Annual Family vacation

Spacious. Plenty of room for family to spread out. Enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen and eating in the large dining room while watching the deer. Easy access to the lake. Dock was great for swimming and relaxing.
