Welcome to your next amazing vacation home in the beautiful Black Hills - Legacy Ridge. Located in the very popular Powder House Pass subdivision, the proximity to the local attractions and adventures is perfect! With all paved roads and access to the local clubhouse filled with a pool table, shuffleboard, and heated pool, you won't ever want to leave this wonderful property and area. Just outside of Lead/Deadwood, you're only minutes away from enjoying skiing at Terry Peak, or you can ride your ATV right from the property to the local ATV trail system that runs close to Recreational Springs. Trail #5 and the Mickelson trail run adjacent to the subdivision, so bring your favorite ATV or snowmobile and ride to your hearts desire! Deadwood, where you can enjoy some local festivals or great restaurants, is only 15 minutes away from the property, and there's taxi service to/from the cabin. Spearfish Canyon, with it's rim-rock canyon walls, great hiking, prized fishing, and waterfalls is only 5-10 minutes away from the cabin as well! Wanting to take in the major attractions like Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Keystone and more, you're just a short 1 hour drive to all these great places! Whether you're in the area to take in the sights, or enjoy some new adventures, Legacy Ridge is the perfect place to set up your vacation base camp.

After your Black Hills exploration, coming home to Legacy Ridge will be a highlight to your vacation. With it's peaceful sounds, endless starry skies, local wildlife and covered hot tub, this cabin is sure to become a new favorite! The open living/kitchen area makes it easy to entertain and enjoy the company of your group. The large windows frame the surrounding forest for that amazing feeling of a secluded cabin. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to prepare great meals, leading right into the living area with a TV and rock fireplace. The main living area leads out into the covered deck area with deck furniture to enjoy the surrounding view, and hot tub! The lower level includes a bar area foosball table, seating area with large couch and a TV. The 5 bedrooms include a queen bed in all 5, while two of the bedrooms have an additional single bed with the queen beds. There's also a full-size sofa sleeper in the loft.

This property is absolutely the best. The deck is fantastic as well as the rest of the house. Very well stocked. You just can't go wrong here.

I booked this cabin for my friends bachelorette party. We had an amazing time and the property is really nice in a small community. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. There was a community pool within walking distance and a nice hot tub on the deck. Budi, the host, was easy to get ahold of. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to get away in the Black Hills.

Beautiful Stay

The house was absolutely beautiful located in a beautiful community. We had access to a community pool and a hot tub at the house. There were two other families who we stayed with and each family had their own floor of where the bedrooms were located. The spacious deck had two tables to sit at with extra chairs located in the garage if needed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Family Weekend

We stayed in this same property three years ago and enjoyed our time there. It offered everything we needed for the time spent there. When we walked in, the grandchildren remarked, “I remember this!” They’re hoping to come back again.

Spring Break Ski Trip

My wife and our 3 kids, ages 8, 11, and 12 traveled here for a spring break ski trip. Great location to Terry Peak, Deadwood….etc. house highlights are location, very large deck with hot tub on the deck, grill, and fire pit. Hiking and ATV trails are 100 yards away. One point of consideration is there are no King beds. If your a couple that likes its space, def consider this because sleep was a bit if a challenge. Great stay, great property, and great location. I would recommend it to any family's. Thank you!

Perfect Home away from Home

This place is beautiful!! Very clean, roomy and a feeling of home. We saw deer everyday. It's a skip and a hop to Terri Peak, Lead and Dead Wood. The Cabin is very spacious. Has everything you need. We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect Home

Our family group of nine, found this to be a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We had plenty of space to gather together and to have separation when wanted. We particularly enjoyed the large deck and the hot tub. Everything was very clean and in good condition. Thank you for a wonderful vacation home!

A place we keeping coming back to!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love legacy ridge! You get the ultimate cabin feel with luxury. Our favorite is the large covered porch that we spend a lot of our time on. My only complaint was the moths in the upstairs bathroom. They never bothered us and were only in the bathroom. All in all we all slept great and enjoyed some peace and serenity while we were there. It was a sad day when we had to pack up and leave back to reality. Looking forward to our next stay!

Great location and pretty views

We got together for a bachelor/bachelorette weekend and the rental was perfect to have a large gathering with a great open floor plan and options for guests to separate if they wanted to. I’d absolutely stay there again!

Fall kids Roundup

Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful spacious home. Enjoyed the area! We brought our UTVs and ATV to ride the trails. Very fun and all enjoyed walking around the subdivision. Beautiful fall colors this time of year. We left this morning with just a little snow on the house and vehicles.

We brought our UTV to ride the trails

I was absolutely amazing. We had everything we needed. Our group was 10 adults, and we never felt crowded. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Beautiful Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home had a wonderful rental set up and very easy for our group. The deck space was beautiful for morning coffee and evening drinks. Just a couple of things we didn't realize was the reality of trailer parking, we came down for a car show with two enclosed trailers and the potential of a third, the pictures seemed like there was more room than there really was outside-we would have had to get a little creative if we had the third trailer. I think there was more but just maybe intermittently not due to an internet cable that couldn't be crossed. Also, there is only access to ONE of the two garage stalls, it didn't cause issues and we recognize this is very common, just didn't realize this prior to traveling and were originally thinking we would utilize both stalls for our classics. Otherwise the home is very clean and functional and likely will be one we will stay at again in future!
