This mining themed vacation home is the perfect place to kick your feet up after a long day exploring the black hills or on the local ATV/Snowmobile/Ski trails. There's so much do nearby, enjoying the amenities of this home will be welcomed. This 6 bedroom, 3-Level, Custom-Built Black Hills Cabin, is within walking distance to the clubhouse heated swimming pool. Located Southwest of Terry Peak, you can be skiing in minutes! You can also access the local ATV/Snowmobile Trails & Mickelson Trail just on the other side of HWY 14 - You can ride your ATV's directly to the trails!!

The 6 Bedrooms have 6 Queen Beds plus 4 Twin-Size Beds - plenty of space of all your friends and family joining you on your next vacation. The Main Level Coach House has an open Kitchen/Dining/Great Room with Gas Fireplace. The Loft includes a Master Bedroom with Private Deck. The Lower Level of Cabin has a Large Family Room w/ Gas Fireplace, Wet-Bar, along with Walk-Out Patio & Hot Tub (just a few steps to the Swimming Pool at the Clubhouse) Hardwood Flooring & Custom Tile throughout the property and includes Flat Screen TV's, Central Air Conditioning, and laundry area so you can enjoy all the amenities from home.

Coach House is accessed on all paved roads and has ample parking for your vehicles and recreational vehicles. You'll also get access to the clubhouse with gold mining decor and log accents which boast many amenities including the heated pool, dual hot tubs, sauna, work out facility, gas grill, family room with bar top, air hockey/pool table, and WIFI. With all these amenities, you'll never want to leave your peaceful home away from home!

Black Hills Friend Trip

The property was very comfortable, plenty of room, beds & bathrooms for all of us. Enjoyed the hot tub, cooking meals in the kitchen and sitting on the deck!

Amazing house

We had an amazing Sturgis bike week at this residence. Owner had great communication with us. House was just as described and was perfect for our group of 11 adults. Plus the clubhouse was right out our back door.

Amazing

We made so many memories! Many things to do all within an hour of driving! Zip lining, Mount Rushmore, Custer Park, gambling, old west history, horseback riding, and amazing scenery! Then back to the gorgeous house for a relaxing night in the hot tub!

Perfect Accommodation

The Deadwood cabs had no problems picking us up and taking us home. These cabins are the only places I stay when in the Deadwood area.

The club house is walking distance from the house and activities, grocery shopping, and gas are only a 10 minute drive away. Other attractions are 30 minutes to 2 hours away depending on what you are looking to do. We had a fantastic vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place for smaller groups or groups with kids. Place was nice and clean very easy to book and has very friendly staff. Wished there were more towels as we had rot wash them each day and alternate morning or evening showers as there was not enough towels for 14 people. Wish refrigerator was bigger it was very small for this size of a group for over a week. Dressers would have been a huge plus or at least closets we all had to live out of our suitcases there was no place shelves ect to store our clothes.

Wonderful getaway for our wedding weekend

The Coach House was our answer to finding lodging for 14 people coming from Kansas to have a wedding. The cabin was very easy to get to and very comfortable for everyone in our group. Inside we found a cozy environment for all of us to spend three days together, never once did we feel cramped or too close to each other. Dishes and utensils were provided as expected, but in addition, there were many extra small appliances (crock pot, griddle, etc) that we definately put to use. As people have come and gone, they have left thongs in yhe house such as seasonings and coffee filters (there are enough filters to last a year or so). We would love to stay here again of the opportunity arises. Also, in the drawer next to the fridge, there are a bunch of can coozies that people have left. Bring one ftom your area and throw it in the drawer for fun. Ours says #TK and 9/23/23 (Our wedding day)

Nice location, cleanliness and communication left a lot to be desired

I understand these places are always rented out with very little time in between guest. Either more time needs to be between to get the place cleaned or more people need to be hired to clean it. Renting through VRBO is a breeze and makes it easy. Location for the attractions we were see was perfect. The house itself slept all of us comfortable. Bring extra towels and washclothes if you book this place. The pictures are winter pictures, do not plan on having a yard to do anything in. I was a little disappointed in that but we made due with the club house area to have the kids outside and we were able to go for walks around the neighborhood as there is little traffic going through. We did not have a greeting list when we got there it took a couple hours to get Wifi password and I had to ask for the closing expectations. Text messages with the host were mostly answered but not as timely as I would have liked. We will not be renting a house ran by this management company again.

So much potential! Needs a good cleaning and some maintenance.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently just stayed at one of your properties and wanted to make you aware of some issues we had with the property. It was a beautiful cabin and clubhouse, but majorly lacking in cleanliness. We stayed in The Coach HouseJune 23-25-Floors were not swept or vacuumed (popcorn, toenail clipping, pebbles, dirt)-Sliding glass doors had handprints and smeared grime all over them. -Rugs were dirty-Dishwasher leaked and continually needed to be mopped up while running.- Beds did not have mattress pads on them and pillows were in rough shape. -Hot tub cover was broken and the hot tub was filthy. Thick brown goop along the inside. (Unusable)-Club House and pool were really dirty (Overflowing garbages and backed up bathroom toilets). The hot tubs were cloudy and had a brown film. The main pool also had a brown grime all around the edge and clearly had not been cleaned in some time. We were worried about getting sick from the pool and hot tubs. It looked like it should have been shut down until cleaned. This place could have been so amazing, but the lack of cleanliness was a major disappointment and really put a damper on the vacation. I hope you and your team will address these issues moving forward. I texted the managers, but never received a response. I have pictures of the above issues for their review.

Dirty towels in the upstairs bedroom confetti in the upstairs bathroom. Live bugs on the bed in one of the bedrooms upstairs. Garbage bag under the steps when walking up the outside steps. Bath tub on main floor sounds like you are going to fall through when you are in the shower.

We enjoyed our stay at your property! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed.. the pool was easily accessible through the back door. The house was clean, comfortable and extremely spacious! We will definitely be booking again

Second stay in this rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this rental twice as a family and enjoy the location in the rental area. Our grandkids love the easy access to the clubhouse and pool right in the backyard of this rental. Downside is the basement door for easy access to the hot tub is non functioning/broken so we had to go out the front door and around the house to utilize the hot tub. Normally wouldn’t be a big deal but the weekend we were there, it was chillier in the evening so hot tub felt great... walk around the house afterward was not as great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! I will say, we were all a little surprised by the condition of the cabin. It was extremely dirty. We ended up having to wash all the bedding before going to sleep because it looked to be unwashed. The countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms also looked to not be cleaned. I found dried up contact lenses on the side tables. Also found Trojan lube in the downstairs bathroom... thankfully, we didn’t have kids with us. Otherwise, great location and overall enjoyed the stay.
